Chelsea Betting Tips: Top 4 Finish On The Cards?

Unbeaten in six league games since a 1-0 defeat to Arsenal in March, Chelsea are now level on points with Newcastle United in the race to finish in the top four.

Enzo Maresca’s side are now just 5/6 with William Hill to clinch a top four finish this season, having defeated newly crowned champions Liverpool 3-1 on Sunday.

As big as 4/1 to finish in the traditional Champions League places just last month, the Blues are now on the verge of breaking into the top four following victories over Fulham, Everton and Liverpool.

Chelsea are now narrow favourites to fend Newcastle off in the fight to finish in the top four, with William Hill sports betting odds having the Magpies at Evens to fend the Blues off.

Manchester City are now 1/20 to finish in the traditional Champions League spots while Nottingham Forest (6/1) and Aston Villa (14/1) are outsiders in the betting at this stage.

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “Chelsea are the big movers in the race for the top four, following three wins on the bounce and an impressive win over champions Liverpool at the weekend.

“Their run has seen them go from 4/1 to finish in the top four before they played Fulham on April 20 to just 5/6 now, but they still lie behind Man City (1/20) with Newcastle (EVS) just behind the Blues in the betting to secure a top four berth.”

With just three Premier League matchdays remaining, the battle to finish in the top four is well and truly on and every minute of every match is now vital.
