FIFA Club World Cup 2025 Preview

Manchester City are now joint-favourites alongside Paris Saint-Germain to win the Club World Cup this summer, according to the latest markets at William Hill.

Pep Guardiola’s side made light work of Juventus in their final group clash and the Premier League giants were cut to 11/4 in football betting odds to lift the Club World Cup trophy.

FIFA Club World Cup Outright Winner Odds:

  • Man City – 11/4
  • PSG – 11/4
  • Real Madrid – 9/2
  • Bayern Munich – 7/1
  • Chelsea – 12/1
  • Inter Milan – 16/1
  • Palmeiras – 25/1
  • Bar – 33/1

Al-Hilal are next up in the last-16 stage and City, currently sporting a 100% winning record at this summer’s tournament, are strong favourites to prevail in that tie.

Erling Haaland got his name on the scoresheet in the 5-2 victory over Juve and plenty of punters will be looking to back the Norway striker in the top goal scorer market for the Club World Cup.

But first and foremost, focus remains on winning this summer’s competition and the team comes before individual glory. Guardiola will be demanding that his players keep their feet firmly on the gas as they enter the knockout stages.

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said:Following their impressive 5-2 win against Juventus, Manchester City are into 11/4 joint-favourites to win the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. Pep Guardiola’s side have won three from three so far in the tournament, with Al-Hilal next up in the Round of 16.

“Paris Saint-Germain have been less impressive, suffering a surprise defeat to Botafogo, but finished top of Group B regardless and we price the European champions alongside City at 11/4 to lift the trophy.

“Real Madrid (9/2) and Bayern Munich (7/1) trail the two frontrunners in the market. Chelsea (12/1) and Inter Milan (16/1)are next, while South American contenders Palmeiras (25/1) are seen as longer shots to pull off an upset and pip the European giants to glory.”
