Arsenal

Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are a great asset for Final One Standing players.

The Gunners have developed into a real force over the past few years to the side they are today – very difficult to break down and deadly offensively.

With players like Bukayo Saka, Viktor Gyokeres and Eberechi Eze in the attack, it’s hard to see many Premier League sides succeeding in keeping them out. Backing up their solid defence containing Gabriel and William Saliba is goalkeeper, David Raya, which makes them a seriously difficult opposition to overturn for any Premier League team.

Their home form is great, and it could be worth targeting them in a game against weaker opposition.

Liverpool

Arne Slot’s Liverpool side are also a brilliant team to utilise when trying to progress in Final One Standing.

Backers in the first two gameweeks wouldn’t have progressed without getting a bit of a sweat on for sure, with late winners against Bournemouth and Newcastle, but this shows the strength of the side and what they can offer when using them in the game.

Their defence has come under question already, but their offensive threat more than makes up for it, with the likes of Mohamed Salah, Hugo Ekitike and Cody Gakpo in attack, they are a great option going forward.

Anfield is a difficult place to go for the best of teams, so it may be worth planning to target them for a home game.

Tottenham

Another team who has started the season perfectly is Thomas Frank’s Tottenham.

The Europa League champions have looked like a new model following the departure of Ange Postecoglou, looking far more difficult to break down before, evidenced by the clean sheet in their win over Manchester City.

Their midfield has seen a great reinforcement in the form of Joao Palhinha, as well as strong offensive recruitments such as Mohammed Kudus, which have Spurs looking like a real force to be reckoned with.

Chelsea

After several positive signings, Chelsea are a great option to consider in coming weeks of Final One Standing.

They haven’t had a flawless start after their opening weekend draw to Crystal Palace, but they quickly bounced back to form when beating West Ham 5-1, showing their attacking prowess in full flow.

They have a deep squad, meaning that players injuries and fitness isn’t as big a worry as it is with some other teams, but it’s worth keeping an eye on when star man Cole Palmer will return to the side to potentially plan to use the Blues for the Final One Standing pick that week.
