League Two
League 2 Predictions This Weekend – Saturday 6th September 2025

WHILST the international break has paused the higher levels of the English game, League Two carries on regardless this weekend therefore attracting extra football betting attention.
Analysing the early season table positions, just two sides remain unbeaten so far. Alternatively five teams are lacking victory. Multiple transfer deals were completed before Monday evening’s deadline too.
Here are the upcoming pairings I am anticipating most alongside considered score predictions to guide your sports betting…

Always a keenly contested Severnside derby between two clubs based 30 miles apart. Both appointed new managers in May.
For Newport County, boss David Hughes has overseen a disappointing start amounting to just one League victory (2-1 at Crawley Town on 9th August) and currently five straight losses in all competitions.
