Premier League Puma Ball 2025-26

This weekend, the English Premier League returns after a midweek full of cup action across various competitions, with Matchday six taking place across Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

@Footy_Tipster gives his best predictions ahead of this round of fixtures in the English Premier League..

With just two games left to play before Premier League players head to represent their countries in a second International break of the season, Premier League managers will be hoping their sides can end this period strongly, starting this weekend.

We start this weekends Premier League Acca in West London, where Manchester United make the trip south to face Brentford on Saturday afternoon.

Later that afternoon, we stay in West London as Chelsea take on Brighton & Hobe Albion at 3pm, whilst Leeds United and Bournemouth also go head-to-head at 3pm, with both sides looking to extend their unbeaten run.

This weekends Acca will then conclude on Merseyside, as Everton face struggling West Ham United at the Hill Dickinson Stadium in the Premier League’s Monday night fixture.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some Premier League odds and Premier League betting angles for matchday six:

Brentford v Manchester United – Saturday, 12.30pm

  • Brentford have picked up just four points so far this season, making it their worst ever start to a Premier League campaign after five games, they head into this weekends fixture off the back of a disappointing 3-1 defeat to rivals Fulham on Saturday evening.
  • Manchester United picked up their first big win of the season on Saturday with a 2-1 victory against Chelsea at Old Trafford, the Red Devils have scored at least two in five of their last eight games against the Bees, whilst Brentford have conceded at least two goals in each of their last three Premier League outings.

Pick of the game: Manchester United To Score Over 1.5 Goals

Chelsea v Brighton & Hove Albion – Saturday, 3pm

  • Chelsea suffered their first league defeat of the season last weekend at Old Trafford but bounced back in the EFL Cup on Tuesday evening with a 2-1 win against Lincoln City, albeit having to come from a goal behind in the second half, they’ve seen five of their last seven games produce at least three goals in all competitions.
  • Brighton will be disappointed having squandered a 2-0 lead against Tottenham last weekend but will be pleased with their performance in the EFL Cup on Tuesday night, beating Barnsley 6-0 away from home, that’s now five games in a row in which Brighton games have produced at least three goals, whilst the same can be said for the last five meetings between these two sides.

Pick of the game: Over 2.5 Goals

Leeds United v Bournemouth – Saturday, 3pm

  • Leeds United finally put an end to their four game winless streak with a 3-1 victory against fellow strugglers Wolves last weekend, despite not conceding so far at Elland Road this season, they have seen five of their last six meetings against Bournemouth produce both teams to score.
  • Bournemouth extended their unbeaten run in the Premier League to four games having played out a goalless draw against Newcastle last weekend, they’ve scored in seventeen of their last eighteen away games in all competitions.

Pick of the game: Both Teams To Score

Everton v West Ham – Monday, 8pm

  • Everton return to the Hill Dickinson Stadium having suffered back-to-back defeats on the road against Liverpool and most recently Wolves in the EFL Cup, David Moyes made plenty of changes for their midweek trip to Molineux, he’ll be looking to make it up to those travelling Toffees on Monday night.
  • West Ham are a side in real trouble right now, with the pressure only getting bigger on Graham Potter, his side’s 2-1 defeat to West Ham last week means that’s now five defeats in their last six games across all competitions.

Pick of the game: Everton to Win
