• Not many would have predicted that Sunderland would enter Matchday ten of this Premier League campaign in the top four and just five points off the league leaders but that’s exactly where the Black Cats find themselves. 
• Regis Le Bris’ side have equalled their best-ever tally at this stage of a Premier League season which was last achieved in 1999, they return back to the Stadium of Light having shocked the rest of the English top-flight with a 2-1 victory away at Chelsea last weekend.
• Sunderland remain just one of five sides that are still unbeaten this season on home soil (W3, D1) although that record could be tested here given they’ve lost each of their last three meetings against Everton without scoring.

• After a strong start to the campaign, things have just slowed down in recent weeks for Everton who have now won just one of their last seven games in all competitions and head to Sunderland off to back of consecutive defeats in the Premier League.
• A trip to the face the Black Cats might be the last thing that David Moyes needs right now, as his side have lost four of their last five away games this season, failing to find the back of the ent in three of those. 
• These two sides haven’t faced each other since 2017, both sides are in the bottom five in terms of goals per games, with Sunderland producing 2 goals per games and Everton producing 2.3, this could be difficult to split the pair.

Significant Conditions

1. The promotion runs from 08:00 (UK time) on Thursday 7th August 2025 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these Terms (the “Promotion Period”).
2. This Acca Boost promotion is available to both online customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland using the William Hill website (williamhill.com – the “Website”) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app (together, the “Apps”) and UK retail customers in William Hill shops.
3. To qualify, place a Qualifying Acca on a Sports Betting Terminal or over the counter on Smart Hub SSBT in William Hill shops, or online via the Website or the App, during the Promotion Period.
4. A “Qualifying Acca” is:
   1. A cash stake of any value (no minimum stake);
   2. On any football acca made of 4 or more selections;
   3. Each with odds of 1/5 (1.2) or bigger;
   4. On the Promotion Markets.
5. The “Promotion Markets” are:
   1. 90 Minutes;
   2. 90 Minutes 2 Up;
   3. Both Teams To Score;
   4. Match Under/Over Goals.
6. No opt in required. If the requirements of a Qualifying Acca are met, the promotion will be applied automatically. If any acca contains any selection with odds of less than 1/5 (1.2), it will not be a Qualifying Acca.
7. Qualifying Acca wins (less the value of the original stake) will receive an “Acca Boost”, whereby winnings will be boosted by a variable percentage, dependent on the number of selections in the Qualifying Acca:
   1. 4 selections – 5% Acca Boost
   2. 5 selections – 7.5% Acca Boost
   3. 6 selections – 10% Acca Boost
   4. 7 selections – 15% Acca Boost
   5. 8 selections – 20% Acca Boost
   6. 9 selections – 25% Acca Boost
   7. 10 selections – 30% Acca Boost
   8. 11 selections – 35% Acca Boost
   9. 12 selections – 40% Acca Boost
   10. 13 selections – 45% Acca Boost
   11. 14 selections – 50% Acca Boost
   12. 15 selections or above – 100% Acca Boost
8. The increasing percentage of rewards in the Acca Boost reflects the relative risk of placing Qualifying Accas with a higher number of selections.
9. The following maximum Acca Boost amounts will be applied per Qualifying Acca:
   1. For retail customers: £2,000
   2. For online customers: £10,000.
10. There is no daily limit of Qualifying Accas.
11. In the case of void selections within a Qualifying Acca, the Acca Boost will still apply but the percentage applied will be calculated according to the final number of winning selections.
12. In the case of an Acca dropping to three selections or less, the acca will lose its Qualifying Acca status and Acca Boost will not apply.
13. Any Acca Boost on winnings will be applied as part of the standard bet settlement process.
14. Bets you place using free bets cannot be combined with the Acca Boost
15. Any acca that has been cashed out will not be eligible for an Acca Boost.
16. For retail customers, the promotion is not available on standard over the counter bets.
