The Booker Prize 2025 Winner Odds:
Punters can bet on the 2025 Booker Prize winner at William Hill and here is the current state of the market:
- The Land in Winter by Andrew Miller – 15/8
- The Loneliness of Sonia and Sunny by Kiran Desai – 2/1
- Flesh by David Szalay – 4/1
- Flashlight by Susan Choi – 5/1
- The Rest of Our Lives by Ben Markovits – 6/1
- Audition by Katie Kitamura – 8/1
Lee Phelps, spokesperson for William Hill, said: “This year’s Booker Prize remains an open race ahead of Monday’s announcement, with Andrew Miller narrowly ahead of Kiran Desai as the favourite at 15/8. 2006 winner Desai is nominated for The Loneliness of Sonia and Sunny and is only just behind Miller’s The Land in Winter at 2/1 to pick up another Booker Prize almost 20 years on from her first win with The Inheritance of Loss.
“Behind the two market leaders, David Szalay (4/1), Susan Choi (5/1), Ben Markovits (6/1) and Katie Kitamura (8/1) are all closely bunched, and this year’s shortlist is looking remarkably tight, with little to split the six contenders.”
