Thanksgiving is here and there are three NFL fixtures for fans to get stuck into, starting with the traditional holiday game between the Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers.
This is the 23rd meeting between the two NFL North franchises on Thanksgiving and that makes it the most-played holiday matchup in the league’s illustrious history, and we could be in for a cracker at Ford Field – one of the best NFL stadiums around.
The Lions (7-4) sit just behind the Packers (7-3-1) in the NFC North and the stage is set for an absolute thriller on Thursday evening. So, let’s get down to business…
