Now, let’s take a closer look at some EFL Cup odds and betting angles for Tuesday’s fixture:

Arsenal v Crystal Palace – Tuesday, 8pm

• Arsenal made sure they would be sat at the top of the table on Christmas Day after a 1-0 victory away to Everton last weekend, that’s now three wins in a row for the Gunners having lost 2-1 to Aston Villa a few weeks ago.
• Mikel Arteta’s side will be looking to go one closer this year in the EFL Cup having reached the semi-final stage last season, they haven’t reached the final of this competition since 2018 but having won each of their last nine games on home soil, they could feel this is their year.
• There is a long way to go though with Chelsea waiting to face the winner of this one over two legs, Arsenal haven’t lost any of their thirteen games at the Emirates this season so returning here on Tuesday night is a huge advantage.

• Having started December with three wins in three, Oliver Glasner’s side as just starting to struggle as we enter the Christmas period, they head to the Emirates winless in their last three games (D1, L2) and fresh off the back of their humiliating 4-1 defeat to Leeds on Saturday night.
• The Eagles have had cup success having won the FA Cup last season but they’ve not reached the EFL Cup semi-final since 2011/2012 and having won three of their last four away games, they will be looking to defy the betting odds on Tuesday night.
• Arsenal are unbeaten in their last eight meetings against Crystal Palace (W7, D1), which also includes their 3-2 victory at this stage of the EFL Cup last season, with four of Palace’s five away games producing at least three goals, i’m backing Arsenal to win in an entertaining game.

Here’s how to get involved in the Acca boost offer:

Significant Conditions

1. The promotion runs from 08:00 (UK time) on Thursday 7th August 2025 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these Terms (the “Promotion Period”).
2. This Acca Boost promotion is available to both online customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland using the William Hill website (williamhill.com – the “Website”) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app (together, the “Apps”) and UK retail customers in William Hill shops.
3. To qualify, place a Qualifying Acca on a Sports Betting Terminal or over the counter on Smart Hub SSBT in William Hill shops, or online via the Website or the App, during the Promotion Period.
4. A “Qualifying Acca” is:
   1. A cash stake of any value (no minimum stake);
   2. On any football acca made of 4 or more selections;
   3. Each with odds of 1/5 (1.2) or bigger;
   4. On the Promotion Markets.
5. The “Promotion Markets” are:
   1. 90 Minutes;
   2. 90 Minutes 2 Up;
   3. Both Teams To Score;
   4. Match Under/Over Goals.
6. No opt in required. If the requirements of a Qualifying Acca are met, the promotion will be applied automatically. If any acca contains any selection with odds of less than 1/5 (1.2), it will not be a Qualifying Acca.
7. Qualifying Acca wins (less the value of the original stake) will receive an “Acca Boost”, whereby winnings will be boosted by a variable percentage, dependent on the number of selections in the Qualifying Acca:
   1. 4 selections – 5% Acca Boost
   2. 5 selections – 7.5% Acca Boost
   3. 6 selections – 10% Acca Boost
   4. 7 selections – 15% Acca Boost
   5. 8 selections – 20% Acca Boost
   6. 9 selections – 25% Acca Boost
   7. 10 selections – 30% Acca Boost
   8. 11 selections – 35% Acca Boost
   9. 12 selections – 40% Acca Boost
   10. 13 selections – 45% Acca Boost
   11. 14 selections – 50% Acca Boost
   12. 15 selections or above – 100% Acca Boost
8. The increasing percentage of rewards in the Acca Boost reflects the relative risk of placing Qualifying Accas with a higher number of selections.
9. The following maximum Acca Boost amounts will be applied per Qualifying Acca:
   1. For retail customers: £2,000
   2. For online customers: £10,000.
10. There is no daily limit of Qualifying Accas.
11. In the case of void selections within a Qualifying Acca, the Acca Boost will still apply but the percentage applied will be calculated according to the final number of winning selections.
12. In the case of an Acca dropping to three selections or less, the acca will lose its Qualifying Acca status and Acca Boost will not apply.
13. Any Acca Boost on winnings will be applied as part of the standard bet settlement process.
14. Bets you place using free bets cannot be combined with the Acca Boost
15. Any acca that has been cashed out will not be eligible for an Acca Boost.
16. For retail customers, the promotion is not available on standard over the counter bets.
