Next Manchester United Manager Odds: Carrick odds for United job slashed

Interim boss 6/4 from 10/3 to get permanent role following victory away at the Premier League leaders Arsenal.

Michael Carrick has leapfrogged Oliver Glasner as the favourite to be Manchester United manager for the start of the 2026/27 season.

The former United midfielder’s odds have plummeted to 6/4 from 10/3 following his side’s win over Arsenal in north London, while Glasner, whose Crystal Palace side suffered a 1-3 defeat to Chelsea earlier in the day, is out to 3/1 (from 5/2).

As the weekend draws to a close, Arsenal are 4/11 favourites for the title, with Man City at 3/1 and Aston Villa 14/1.
