Sunday’s Premier League action will see four games take place up and down the country.
At 2pm, Crystal Palace return to Selhurst Park to face Leeds United, Manchester United welcome Aston Villa to Old Trafford in a huge game as the top four race starts to heat up, whilst Nottingham Forest welcome Fulham looking for a much-needed three points.
At 4.30pm, Liverpool will take on a struggling Tottenham Hotspur side at Anfield.
Now, let’s take a closer look at some Premier League odds and Premier League betting angles for Sunday’s fixtures:
Crystal Palace v Leeds – Sunday, 2pm
Punters can bet on Crystal Palace v Leeds with William Hill
- Crystal Palace players and staff were met by boos after the final whistle on Thursday night at Selhurst Park with the Eagles once again failing to beat AEK Larnaca in the UEFA Europa Conference League despite being the heavy favourites.
- Oliver Glasner’s side had found some form in recent weeks including a 3-1 victory away at Tottenham Hotspur in their last Premier League outing but the home fans have a right to feel frustrated given they’ve only beaten bottom-of-the-table Wolves here in the league since the start of November (D3, L5), Crystal Palace are 6/4 to win this one.
- Despite recent struggles on home soil, Crystal Palace have a solid record here against Leeds and are unbeaten in their last seven home league meetings between the pair (W4 D3).
——————————–———————— - Without a win in their last four Premier League games, Leeds United are still looking over their shoulder in terms of the bottom three, the gap has closed to just three points now and there’s a really good chance Daniel Farke’s side could end up in a relegation battle.
- The Whites travel to south London fresh off the back of securing a spot in the FA Cup quarter-final last weekend after a win over Norwich, William Hill have an away win here at 15/8 but having won none of their last eleven Premier League games in the capital, this one is tough.
- Leeds United have a poor record on the road in general, they’ve won just one of their fourteen away games in the Premier League this season, only Wolves have won fewer, whilst they’ve not won here at Selhurst Park since back in 2006 during a Championship game.
Prediction: Under 2.5 Goals (3/4), Crystal Palace 1-1 Leeds United (5/1).
Manchester United v Aston Villa – Sunday, 2pm
Check out William Hill’s odds for Manchester United v Aston Villa.
- Manchester United suffered their first defeat under Michael Carrick away at Newcastle United despite the Magpies playing the full second half with just 10 players, it feels like a result which has been coming for United though having not really impressed in recent weeks despite getting over the line.
- The Red Devils have won six of their eight games so far under their interim boss (D1, L1) and it’s a run of form that has seen United climb up the table into third, with just goal difference separating them and Sunday’s opponents, William Hill make Man United the slight favourites for this one at 3/4.
- Manchester United have lost just two of their last thirty-seven home league games against Aston Villa (W28 D7), going down 1-0 both times in December 2009 and September 2021, this is a huge chance for United to really get a grip of a top four spot.
——————————–———————— - Aston Villa looked to have peaked too soon in the Premier League and with just one win from their last six league games, the Villans travel to Old Trafford on Sunday in fourth and looking over their shoulder ever so slightly.
- The good news for Unai Emery’s side is the fact they managed to stop a four game winless run on Thursday night with a 1-0 victory away at Lille in the UEFA Europa League, you can back Villa to win this huge clash at 16/5 with the leading bookmaker.
- Following their 2-1 win in December, Aston Villa are looking to complete the league double over Manchester United for the first time since 1954-55, i think we’ll see some goals here but i’m going to back United to edge it.
Prediction: Both Teams To Score & Manchester United (2/1), Manchester United 2-1 Aston Villa (13/2).
Nottingham Forest v Fulham – Sunday, 2pm
Can Nottingham Forest pick up a much-needed win? Bet on this Premier League clash with William Hill.
- Nottingham Forest are in huge danger of returning to the EFL Championship, the Tricky Trees are sitting outside of the bottom three only by goal-difference despite picking up a valuable point in their last league outing at Manchester City.
- Forest failed to build on that stalemate when they welcomed Danish side Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday night, Vitor Pereira’s side extended their winless run to five games with a 1-0 defeat, they desperately need three points here and are 23/20 pick them up with William Hill.
- Nottingham Forest have won just one of their seven Premier League games against Fulham (L6), whilst they are winless in their last six Premier League games on home soil, last going longer without a win at the City Ground in the top-flight in 1999.
——————————–———————— - Fulham fans have been left feeling a little frustrated recently having seen their 1-0 defeat at home to West Ham followed up with another 1-0 defeat at Craven Cottage against EFL Championship side Southampton in the FA Cup, with many believing they should have given themselves a real cup run.
- The Cottagers will be happy to be on the road having picked up consecutive wins in all competitions, a win here would keep Marco Silva’s side in contention of those European spots given they enter this gameweek just four points behind rivals Brentford in seventh.
- Fulham have won six of their seven Premier League games against Nottingham Forest (L1), their highest win rate against any side they’ve faced more than twice, William Hill have the away win priced at 23/10.
Prediction: Fulham To Win (23/10), Nottingham Forest 0-1 Fulham (10/1).
Liverpool v Tottenham – Sunday, 4.30pm
Can Tottenham Hotspur defy the betting odds? Bet with William Hill.
- Liverpool are back in contention for a UEFA Champions League spot, however the Reds slipped to sixth in the Premier League after their surprising defeat to Wolves in their last league outing, whilst they return to Anfield after suffering a 1-0 defeat to Galatasaray on Tuesday night.
- Arne Slot’s side will be expected to bounce back here, not just because of their opponents struggles but given the fact they’ve lost just one of their last eleven games here at Anfield in all competitions (W7, D3), the Reds are 17/20 on the -1 Handicap market with William Hill.
- This is a fixture that tends to go in the favour of Liverpool, they have lost just one of their last thirty-one home league games against Tottenham Hotspur (W21 D9), and are unbeaten in fourteen (W10 D4) since a 2-0 loss in May 2011.
——————————–———————— - It’s incredible to think that Tottenham Hotspur could potentially face relegation this season but with each passing game, it’s becoming a real possibility especially after their 3-1 defeat at home to Crystal Palace last week.
- There’s already questions being asked about Igor Tudor having lost each of his first four games in charge, their 5-2 thumping away at Atletico Madrid in midweek means it’s now six straight games ending in a loss for the first time in their history, Spurs are 13/2 to pick up their first league win of 2026 with the leading bookmaker.
- Liverpool vs Tottenham Hotspur is the highest scoring fixture in Premier League history so this one should be very entertaining, i’m backing the Reds to pile the misery on Spurs but with plenty of goals.
Prediction: Match Result and 4 or More Goals in the Match – Liverpool (6/4), Liverpool 4-2 Tottenham Hotspur (28/1).
