Boat Race 2026 Odds: Cambridge Fancied To Best Oxford Yet Again
Cambridge Men’s rowing team are strong 1/6 favourites with William Hill to extend their winning run to four years in the 2026 Boat Race this Saturday.
According to the odds, the Light Blues have an 86% implied chance of another win over rivals Oxford, who are priced at 7/2 for a first win since 2022.
In contrast, Oxford Women are favourites at 2/5 (71% chance) to break Cambridge’s hold on the Women’s Boat Race for the first time since 2016, while the Light Blues are priced at 7/4.
A dead heat in either race is priced at 100/1.

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps said: “Cambridge will be seeking to maintain their recent dominance in both the Men’s and Women’s Boat Race this Saturday, but we think at least one of the contests could go the way of rivals Oxford.
“While Cambridge look to have a strong chance of winning a fourth straight Men’s Boat Race at 1/6 – the equivalent of an 86% chance – in the Women’s Boat Race they are underdogs at 7/4.
“The Dark Blues come into the Men’s race as 7/2 outsiders, but in the Women’s race they could well break Cambridge’s eight-year stranglehold and are 2/5 favourites to record a first win in 10 years.”
