Cardiff City’s 3-1 victory against Reading on Saturday was enough to secure them promotion back to the EFL Championship, the Blue Birds still have a chance of winning the title as well but they’ve got to win each of their last three games, with Lincoln losing each of their last three, so it’s extremely unlikely. Port Vale know they’ve got to win all of their remaining four games to even have a chance of survival but the writings on the wall, with just five wins from their twenty-away games in the league this season, it’s likely their relegation will be confirmed here on Wednesday evening.
