Daniel Dubois Next Fight Odds: Fabio Wardley Rematch On The Cards?

Following Saturday’s dramatic defeat to Daniel Dubois, Fabio Wardley has attracted plenty of interest amongst boxing fans with many hoping for a rematch between the two British fighters.

Wardley gave an excellent account of himself in the ring last weekend and William Hill News have installed him as the clear favourite to be the most obvious next opponent for Dubois, who is eyeing up a blockbuster bout with Oleksandr Usyk.

Daniel Dubois Next Opponent Odds:

  • Wardley II – EVS
  • Agit Kabayel – 3/1
  • Usyk III – 4/1
  • Moses Itauma – 7/1
  • Deontay Wilder – 7/1
  • Bar – 8/1

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “Fabio Wardley has put himself firmly in the frame for a blockbuster rematch with Daniel Dubois after Saturday’s scarcely believable bout, and at even-money he’s the standout name in our market.

“There’s clearly plenty of appetite to see that fight run back given how things unfolded on Saturday night, and the odds suggest it’s the most straightforward next step for Dubois.

“Agit Kabayel is next in the betting at 3/1 and would offer a fresh test, while a third contest with Oleksandr Usyk at 4/1 shows there’s still outside interest in Dubois revisiting world-title level opposition.

“With names like Moses Itauma (7/1), Anthony Joshua (8/1) and Deontay Wilder (7/1) also in the mix, Dubois isn’t short of options, but early signs point towards Wardley being first in line.”
