Kimi Antonelli now 1/5 to become youngest F1 World Champion
Andrea Kimi Antonelli is 1/5 with William Hill to win this season’s Formula 1 Drivers’ Championship and become the youngest world champion in history, having started the year as a 12/1 shot.
The 20-year-old Mercedes driver was 1/2 before Monaco but has shortened again after dominating around the streets of Monte Carlo.
William Hill spokesperson, Lee Phelps, said: “After dominating the Monaco Grand Prix, Andrea Kimi Antonelli is now 1/5 to become the youngest driver to win the F1 Drivers’ Championship.
“The Mercedes driver had opened as big as 12/1 at the start of the season, but that was quickly snapped up, and the Italian has continued to shorten over the course of the season.
“He was 1/2 prior to the action on the track last weekend but is now as short as 1/5 to make history after his victory around the Circuit de Monaco.”
