The Hundred Women’s 2026 Final: Predictions and Betting Tips

| BY Sam Cox

The final of the 2026 edition of The Hundred takes place on Sunday, August 16th. Trent Rockets are the cricket betting favourites at William Hill.

Trent Rockets vs. SunRisers Leeds

  • Venue: Lord’s
  • Start time: 14:15 (UK time)

Trent Rockets topped the regular season standings to book an automatic place in the women’s final of The Hundred on Sunday. SunRisers Leeds saw off Southern Brave in the eliminator to make it five wins in a row behind shrewd knocks from Lauren Winfield-Hill and Deepti Sharma.

SunRisers boast a long batting lineup and an array of bowling options. With the bat, Aussies Phoebe Litchfield and Annabel Sutherland are the tournament’s leading scorers, while seven bowlers were used in Friday’s win. Hannah Baker was the pick of the bunch.

Trent Rockets cruised into the final by winning seven of their eight matches, even with Nat Sciver-Brunt’s workload being carefully managed. Sophia Dunkley excelled at the top of the order, Beth Mooney and Ashleigh Gardner lived up to the billing as the overseas stars, and the experience of Georgia Adams and Georgia Elwiss was more than useful when called upon.

A quickfire half-century from Dunkley saw the Rockets set 140 for the SunRisers in their meeting earlier this summer. Gardner was the difference with the ball, restricting Leeds to 18 runs off her 20 balls. SunRisers were six runs off the target.

These are two highly talented teams with plenty of experience. They are ultimately well matched, and SunRisers have really found their groove since their defeat to the Rockets.

The Hundred Women’s Final Prediction

Given Gardner’s effectiveness in their previous meeting, the 17/5 price on the Australian to be the Rockets’ top bowler has excellent value.

As good as Litchfield has been, 21/10 is very short for any batter to be their team’s top scorer in such a short format. Sutherland has had a brilliant tournament and surely is a better option at 11/4.

It’s tempting to back the surging SunRisers at evens to win this match, but it’s hard to ignore how good the Rockets have been throughout. We’re taking Trent Rockets at 4/5.
