Cheveley Park Stakes Odds: Sun Goddess Leapfrogs Libertango After York Domination

Following an impressive performance from Sun Goddess at York on Thursday afternoon, William Hill News now go 7/4 for her to win the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes.

The George Boughey-trained Libertango pulled out a superb performance to win the Group 2 Lowther Stakes earlier on the card but Sun Goddess sparkled on the Knavesmire to give Aidan O’Brien and Ryan Moore another Ebor Festival success.

And now, punters have latched onto Sun Goddess – already a Group 1 winner over in Ireland – as the clear favourite to add another top level victory to her CV.
