Darts European Championship Predictions: 9/2 Treble Topped By Gerwyn Price On Tuesday
Here are today’s best darts betting picks from the European Championship, with William Hill News previewing the best of the action at the oche this Tuesday.
Darts European Championship Predictions Today:
- Danny Noppert to win (10/11)
- Gerwyn Price -1.5 (4/5)
- Luke Humphries -1.5 (4/6)
Danny Noppert vs Stephen Bunting Prediction
Both of these players fell in the second round of the World Grand Prix. It’s been a mixed bag for Danny Noppert this season, with a number of early exits accompanied by quarter-final appearances in the World Masters and UK Open.
Stephen Bunting beat Noppert at the Players Championship earlier this year, but he had lost three in a row to the Dutchman prior to that win.
The bookies can’t split these two, with the pair given the same odds to win this match. We’re leaning towards the higher-ranked Noppert.
Gerwyn Price vs Rob Cross Prediction
A finalist at the World Grand Prix, it’s no surprise to see Gerwyn Price heavily favoured over Rob Cross for this contest on Tuesday. Cross hasn’t been throwing well of late, with a first-round exit at the World Grand Prix and a second-round exit at the World Matchplay.
Price, in contrast, is a man in form. He was also the runner-up at the World Matchplay and reached the final of the World Series Finals.
It would take quite a turnaround from Cross to even keep this close and sports betting odds are pointing towards the Welshman.
Luke Humphries vs Ryan Searle Prediction
Ryan Searle pushed Gian van Veen the distance, but still lost in the second round of the World Grand Prix. Luke Humphries went on to win the event, which was his first ranking title of the year.
Humphries had a slip-up at the World Matchplay, losing in the first round. He’s made a habit of reaching the latter stages other than that, though.
Unsurprisingly, Humphries has the upper hand in the head-to-head. That advantage will extend further here.
