Now, let’s take a closer look at some Premier League odds and betting angles for Saturday’s fixtures:
AFC Bournemouth v Leeds United – Saturday, 3pm
View all available markets at William Hill
- Bournemouth return to home soil in excellent form, having won their last five matches across all competitions without conceding. Marco Rose’s side have beaten AC Milan, Manchester United and Aston Villa by identical 3-0 scorelines in their last three outings.
- The Cherries have turned their league form around after failing to win their opening six Premier League fixtures. Back-to-back victories have lifted them into 13th place, just two points behind Leeds, another win on Saturday could give Bournemouth three consecutive top-flight victories without conceding for the first time in their history.
- However, the hosts have drawn eight of their last 11 Premier League home matches, winning just twice during that period, the hosts can be backed to continue this fine run of form at 11/10 with William Hill.
- Leeds United had to settle for a goalless draw at Sunderland last weekend, extending their winless league run to four matches (D3, L1), Daniel Farke’s side have drawn five of their opening eight Premier League fixtures which will be a slight concern.
- However, the side from West Yorkshire have still made their best start to a top-flight season after eight games since 2002/2003, they’ll be hoping to put a stop to their winless run.
- The visitors are searching for their first Premier League away victory since beating Nottingham Forest 1-0 on the opening weekend, Leeds are yet to win a Premier League game here at Bournemouth, with their last victory coming back in 2014 during their Championship campaign, punters can back that run to end here by backing the visitors at 12/5 with William Hill.
Brentford v Nottingham Forest – Saturday, 3pm
Think there’s value? See the current price at William Hill
- Brentford remain sixth in the Premier League despite winning just one of their last seven league fixtures, Keith Andrews’ side have proved difficult to beat, suffering only one defeat in their opening eight matches, becoming the early draw specialists.
- Protecting leads has become a recurring problem for Brentford this season. The hosts have scored first in eight of their last ten matches across all competitions but failed to win five of them, something to keep an eye on for Saturday.
- Brentford will be hoping to end a four-match winless run but given six of their last seven league games have seen both teams find the back of the net, it’s going to be easier said than done, with the Bees priced at 3/1 to win here whilst conceding on the William Hill price boost.
- Nottingham Forest travel to West London following a frustrating 1-1 draw against Ipswich Town last Friday, Oliver Glasner’s side created several good opportunities but failed to make their pressure count, meaning Forest have now gone four Premier League matches without victory, losing three during that run.
- Goals have been difficult to come by for the visitors, who have scored just six times in their opening eight league fixtures, Forest have also failed to score more than once in six of those matches.
- However, Forest have enjoyed recent success against Brentford, winning both Premier League meetings last season, the Tricky Trees can be backed by punters with William Hill at 23/10 to pick up a much-needed three points.
Coventry City v Sunderland – Saturday, 3pm
See the latest odds on this match
- Coventry City welcome Sunderland following consecutive Premier League defeats against Tottenham and Fulham, Frank Lampard’s side had previously beaten Nottingham Forest and Newcastle, but those results have proved difficult to build upon.
- Home form has been a concern for Coventry, who have lost three of their opening four league matches at the CBS Arena, the hosts have also failed to score in three of those encounters.
- However, Coventry have lost just one of their last 12 meetings with Sunderland (W5, D6), this is another tough fixture to call but punters can back the Sky Blues to make their home advantage count and win here at 19/10 with the leading bookmaker.
- Sunderland return to Premier League action after Wednesday’s entertaining 3-2 Carabao Cup victory over Brentford, the Black Cats have performed well in cup competitions, although league results have been less encouraging with Regis Le Bris’ side collecting just one point from their last five Premier League fixtures.
- Last Sunday’s goalless draw with Leeds ended a run of four consecutive league defeats. However, Sunderland remain bottom of the table with five points from eight matches, a totally different start to their emphatic campaign last season, they we’re fifth at this point.
- The visitors have also struggled away from home, failing to win any of their opening four Premier League trips (D1, L3) and although they won their last visit here back in May 2025 during a Championship campaign, that remains their only victory here in their last thirteen attempts, the visitors are 13/10 with William Hill to win here.
Hull City v Ipswich Town – Saturday, 3pm

- Hull City are still searching for their first Premier League victory since August, having gone six league matches without a win. Sergej Jakirovic’s side started the campaign with victories over Manchester United and Coventry. However, four draws and two defeats have followed, leaving the Tigers tenth in the table.
- Goals have proved difficult to come by for Hull, who have scored just nine times in their opening eight league fixtures, the Tigers have also failed to score from open play in their last two matches, with Oli McBurnie’s penalty against Brentford helped them secure a point last weekend.
- The MKM Stadium has provided some encouragement, with Hull unbeaten in their opening four Premier League home fixtures. However, their recent record against Ipswich is less convincing, having failed to beat Ipswich town since November 2020, when both clubs were competing in League One, the hosts are 13/8 with William Hill to take all three points.
- Ipswich Town arrive on Humberside following last Friday’s 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest, The Tractor Boys have already recorded victories over Sunderland, Crystal Palace and Fulham, collecting ten points from their opening eight league matches, giving them six points more at this stage than their 2024/2025 top-flight campaign.
- Away performances have been inconsistent for Ipswich, who have lost three of their four Premier League fixtures on the road but with four wins from their previous five encounters against Hull (D1), confidence should be high.
- Goals could be at a premium here given just one of the last nine meetings between these two sides at any venue saw both teams score, the visitors are also 13/8 to grab a victory away from home.
Tottenham Hotspur v Crystal Palace – Saturday, 5.30pm
Odds are moving – check the latest here
- Tottenham have recorded consecutive Premier League victories for the first time this season, with Roberto De Zerbi’s side showing signs of improvement. Spurs followed their 3-1 success over Coventry with an impressive 2-0 victory away at Chelsea, that result lifted the North London club into 14th place.
- The hosts will now be looking to win three consecutive league matches for the first time since February 2025, whilst winning here would see them claim consecutive home victories for the first time since November 2024.
- De Zerbi has enjoyed plenty of success against Crystal Palace during his managerial career. The Italian has avoided defeat in all four previous meetings with the Eagles (W2, D2), the hosts can be backed at 4/7 with William Hill to continue this winning run.
- Crystal Palace head to Tottenham following a difficult run of Premier League results, including last Sunday’s 2-0 home defeat against Newcastle. Pierre Sage’s side had previously suffered a heavy 5-0 loss at Brighton. Those setbacks have left the Eagles 17th in the table, with pressure mounting on their manager.
- Defensive problems remain a major concern for Palace, who have conceded 19 goals in their opening eight league matches. No Premier League side has shipped more this season. However, Wednesday’s narrow 1-0 Carabao Cup victory at Fulham brought a welcome clean sheet and secured their place in the quarter-finals.
- The visitors can take encouragement from their recent trips to North London, having won both of their last two matches at Tottenham, the head into this one as the 4/1 outsiders though with William Hill.
Aston Villa v Fulham – Saturday, 8pm
See how the odds stack up across every market
- Aston Villa became the first side to beat Manchester City in the Premier League this season, securing an impressive 2-1 victory last weekend. Nicolas Jackson scored both goals as Unai Emery’s side recorded consecutive league wins.
- However, the hosts suffered a setback on Wednesday, losing 3-0 away at Bournemouth in the Carabao Cup. That result ended Villa’s seven-match unbeaten run across all competitions, albeit Unai Emery did put out a heavily changed side.
- The Villa manager has an excellent Premier League record against Fulham, winning eight of his nine previous meetings with the Cottagers, making 10/11 for a home victory here with William Hill very appealing.
- Fulham have finally found some momentum in the Premier League, recording consecutive 1-0 victories over Hull City and Coventry, lifting Álvaro Arbeloa’s side away from the bottom of the table.
- However, Fulham were knocked out of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday following a narrow 1-0 home defeat against Crystal Palace, the visitors created several chances but failed to find the net, they’ll be hoping to create the same on Saturday evening.
- The Cottagers have struggled against Aston Villa in recent years, losing six of their last seven meetings, along with each of the last five meetings here at Villa Park, punters can back the visitors at 11/4 to win this one with William Hill.
