The live broadcast runs from 18:30 to 22:00 UK time, showing all five Grade 1 juvenile championship races back-to-back.
If you want to browse our UK and Ireland horse racing tips for Friday, we’ve got you covered with selections at Down Royal, Uttoxeter and Wetherby.
Our horse racing expert Steven Mullington has taken a view on all of the televised races:
18:55 – Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint (Grade 1)
High-class European form and blazing American gate speed is of the premium here and ultimately this race completely revolves around LIBERTANGO (NAP).
Trained by George Boughey, she boasts exceptional home credentials, including a superb victory in the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot and the Lowther Stakes at York. If she handles the turns, then she can blaze home under Flavien Prat.
19:35 – Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies (Grade 1)
The Brendan Walsh-trained EMPHATIC (NB) is the deserved race favourite here.
She has already proven her experience at navigating two turns over this very track, registering a commanding victory in the Darley Alcibiades Stakes (G1) at Keeneland and posting an elite speed figure that sets the benchmark for all her rivals today.
20:15 – Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf (Grade 1)
Aidan O’Brien’s filly SUN GODDESS enters Kentucky on a magnificent five-race winning streak, including three consecutive Group 1 victories in the UK and Ireland.
Jockey Ryan Moore will have to ride a smart race from stall nine, but if any jockey in the world can pull off such a feat, it’s Moore.
Her current odds of 4/5 in our horse racing betting tell you just how well supported she has been supported.
20:55 – Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (Grade 1)
Everything in this race points to HUGHES, an incredibly talented son of Into Mischief.
Trained by Bob Baffert and ridden by Flavien Prat, he arrives at the Breeders’ Cup fixture undefeated in four career starts.
Baffert holds a record five victories in this specific race and he is a master of getting elite juvenile dirt horse in tip-top condition for the championship weekend.
21:35 – Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf (Grade 1)
The Joseph O’Brien-trained FOLSOM BLUES boasts some of the strongest form in the race. According to data analysis, his European ratings are statistically higher than anything his US or domestic challengers have achieved.
He shouldn’t be too compromised by his gate draw either, and his proven turn of foot gives him a massive chance to mow down the race leaders when they hit the short Keeneland home straight.
