NFL Week 9 Predictions: Best Bets This Weekend

Our NFL tipster is back with his best bets ahead of Week 9 in the National Football League.

Hold the front page: the New York Jets have a win on the board. The AFC East side finally ended their winless run with a 39-38 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals yet remain the bottom ranked team in the NFL, alongside the New Orleans Saints and Tennessee Titans.

Who will prevail on NFL Sunday this weekend? Only time will tell. Here, I go through my best bets in Week 9 of the NFL ahead of what should be another exhilarating evening of American football.

NFL Week 9 Betting Tips:

Every weekend is crucial in the hunt to reach the postseason and some teams will be dreaming of Super Bowl glory. A few will be looking at the current college football set-up to see who may be the first overall pick in the NFL Draft. For now though, our focus is purely on Week 9 in the National Football League.

Here, I quickly run through some of the best bets available at William Hill for Week 9 – including a boosted NFL Redzone Special for viewers of the early games.

NFL Week 9 Best Bet:

New England Patriots, Indianapolis Colts & San Francisco 49ers – BOOSTED to 3/1 (from 5/2)

One of the William Hill NFL Sunday Redzone specials for the early slate of games, I’m hopeful that these three teams can get the job done to give punters another winning accumulator as we enter the ninth week of the regular season. You’ll notice in my NFL straight up picks below that two of the three teams feature in my weekly accumulator too!

The Patriots (6-2) are currently sitting at the top of the AFC East while the Atlanta Falcons (3-4) have been inconsistent in the early stages of the season. I just can’t look past New England at Gillette Stadium, particularly against a team who are 1-2 in road games this year.

There are risks with backing the Colts (7-1) at the Pittsburgh Steelers (4-3) but I prefer to go with the form book here. Indianapolis have won four on the bounce while Pittsburgh have lost two in a row and they are just .500 at Heinz Field this regular season.

The 49ers (5-3) travel east to the Big Apple for a clash with the New York Giants (2-6) and I’m quite strong on their chances of leaving with a victory. San Francisco have been in and out of form but they play in the NFC West, one of the toughest divisions, so that stands them in good stead for games outside of their division.
