NFL week 15 preview: Cowboys riding high as they head to Buffalo

| BY News Team

We are now a week closer to the playoffs and there are some exciting matchups in the coming week across both NFC and AFC conferences.

With the Baltimore Ravens travelling to Jacksonville to face the Jaguars, Houston Texans travelling to Tennessee to face the Titans and the pick of the bunch, the Buffalo Bills hosting the Dallas Cowboys, this week is sure to provide some electric football.

We preview three marquee matchups from Week 15 below.

Baltimore Ravens @ Jacksonville Jaguars

Our first marquee matchup happens to be the final game of the Sunday slate, as the rolling Ravens head to staggering Jacksonville. The Jaguars currently lead AFC South but have fell out of form recently, with question marks surrounding Trevor Lawrence’s (Jaguars QB) injury status. Ravens are looking to win out the rest of the regular season to clinch #1 seed in the AFC North to win playoff berth and a home playoff fixture.

Star players within the Ravens setup are Lamar Jackson (Ravens QB) and Odell Beckham Jr (Ravens wide receiver) who both shined in their 37-31 victory against LA Rams last week. Lamar Jackson Over 215 Passing Yards & At Least One Interception is at 13/5.

Ravens lead the league in sacks and can cause Lawrence and the Jags problems, Ravens can continue their form and roll towards the end of the regular season. The Ravens to win is 10/17 on the Money Line.

Houston Texans @ Tennessee Titans

This is a key Divisional derby match. Houston Texans have major injury concerns including star QB CJ Stroud and Defensive Edge Will Anderson JR. Tennessee have found new life under Rookie QB Will Levis after defeating AFC leaders Miami Dolphins in 4th Quarter last week. Over 205.5 total passing yards for Will Levis is 5/6.

There have been reports of the Texans defence needing to take the responsibility of ‘stepping up’ in this game amid the injury concerns surrounding both starting wide receivers. With such injury problems for their rivals, Tennessee Titans should have the edge in this one at home, but expect a close, scrappy affair. Tennessee Titans are 10/17 to win.

Dallas Cowboys @ Buffalo Bills

Saving the best till last, in a huge match for both, Dallas Cowboys travel to Buffalo to fight it out with the Bills. The Cowboys are coming into this one off a statement win over the Philadelphia Eagles in their recent divisional showdown and will be looking to go again. Whilst the Bills kept playoff hopes alive after tense win against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday. The Bills need to win to stay in the race for a wildcard playoff place and are 20/27 to do so.

Dallas are still in the race for NFC #1 position with the Eagles and San Francisco 49ers both with 10-3 records. Dak Prescott (Dallas QB) is having a career best season and will look to continue form. Dak Prescott Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns is 4/7.

James Cook (Bills running back) and Stefon Diggs (Bills wide receiver) continue to shine. While Josh Allen in the week stated his confidence in an offensive turnaround still happening, but said, “it’s no secret the clock’s ticking, got to have some urgency now”. Josh Allen Over 259 Passing Yards & James Cook Over 53 Rushing Yards is 23/10.
