William Hill News tipster @Footy_Tipster previews Wednesday’s Premier League clash between Burnley and Manchester City.

Our Prediction: Manchester City To Win To Nil (17/20), Burnley 0-3 Manchester City (6/1).

Manchester City travel to Turf Moor on Wednesday knowing a win will put them at the summit of the Premier League, Burnley await looking to upset the odds.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some Premier League odds and Premier League betting angles for Wednesday’s fixture:

Burnley v Manchester City – Wednesday, 8pm

View all available markets at William Hill.

  • Burnley look destined for the EFL Championship after suffering their twenty-first defeat of the season last weekend, the Clarets lost 4-1 at Nottingham Forest despite taking the lead on Sunday, defeat here would all but confirm their relegation.
  • Scott Parker’s side have picked up just one Premier League win in their last twenty-four attempts, whilst no side have a worse home record than Burnley in the Premier League this season, William Hill have the Clarets at 14/1 to cause an upset here.
  • Burnley have won just one of their nineteen Premier League games against Man City (D3 L15). They’ve lost their last 11 in a row against them, their longest ever losing run against an opponent in their league.
    ——————————–
  • Manchester City would go to the top of the table here with a victory following their vital 2-1 victory against Arsenal on Sunday in a game described as a title showdown, with one defeat in their last twenty Premier League outings, a win here should be expected.
  • Pep Guardiola’s side have won 26 of their last 29 league games against newly-promoted opposition (D3), so this one really does feel like a foregone conclusion, with the Blues massive favourites at 2/13 with William Hill to win this.
  • Manchester City have won 14 of their last 15 Premier League games against Burnley (D1) since a 1-0 loss at Turf Moor in March 2015, whilst seven of their last nine league games featuring three or more goals.
