Another week, another Champions League round and there are some mouth-watering ties to sink your teeth into on Tuesday as Manchester City travel to the French capital to face Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool make the trip to Porto.

Crunch time for Man City in Paris

Manchester City scored six goals in their opening Champions League game as they defeated RB Leipzig in a thrilling fixture, but this time they face a much tougher task in facing Paris Saint-Germain on matchday two in Group A.

This will be the sixth time these two sides have faced each other and amazingly, PSG are still looking for their first win against the Manchester side, having drawn two and lost three of their previous five fixtures. Neymar could be key for the home side, having scored 14 goals in 13 home games for Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League, while also providing four assists. These impressive stats have led to the Brazilian being priced at 17/10 to find the back of the net anytime against Pep Guardiola’s side.

City, meanwhile, are unbeaten in their last 10 away games in the Champions League, having won eight and drawn two of these fixtures. Guardiola’s side are priced as 5/4 favourites to come away with all three points.

Against Leipzig, Jack Grealish became the first Englishman to both score and assist on his Champions League debut since Wayne Rooney in September 2004, and if he scores this time round, he will become the first Englishman to net in his first two appearances in the competition. He is 12/5 to do so.

Mane out to do more damage against Porto

There’s more entertainment on Tuesday in Group B as Liverpool travel to face Porto. Liverpool played out a brilliant game against AC Milan last time out, winning 3-2, whereas Porto held Atletico Madrid to a 0-0 draw away from home, but how will this one pan out?

Porto have faced Liverpool on eight previous occasions in Europe, but they are still looking for their first ever win against the Reds having lost five and drawn three. The Portuguese outfit are 19/5 underdogs to cause an upset on Tuesday evening. Having kept a clean sheet in each of their last three group stage games at the Estádio do Dragão, they are 7/1 to win to nil this time round.

Liverpool, meanwhile, are unbeaten in their last five away games in the group stage of the Champions League with their last defeat coming against Napoli in 2019. As a result, the Reds are clear 7/10 favourites to come away from Portugal with all three points.

Sadio Mane has been directly involved in five goals in four Champions League appearances against Porto, scoring four times and assisting the other, so he will be hopeful of finding the back of the net once again. The Senegal international is 29/20 to do so on Tuesday night.
