Everton vs West Ham: odds and predictions
Marco Silva’s side are 11/10 favourites in William Hill’s Everton v West Ham odds, with the Hammers priced at 11/14 for victory, and predictions of a draw currently betting at 27/10.
Manuel Pelligrini’s men will be looking to settle into the league, after a series of disappointing defeats in their opening four games. Yet an empowered Everton side might put a damper on their hopes.
If the Hammers are to snatch all three points away from the Blues they will have to create an attacking presence up front, and key to that will be Marko Arnautovic. With West Ham having only won one of their last 11 trips to Goodison, he will need to take every opportunity that comes his way. Arnautovic has been tipped to score first with odds at 11/2 as part of our Everton vs West Ham predictions.
Yet, there is still every chance that Pellegrini’s side could spoil the victory for Everton on home turf. Key summer signings Jack Wilshere and Felipe Anderson are our pick to make a mark, if included in the starting 11.
Head-to-head (most recent first): West Ham 3-1 Everton, Everton 4-0 West Ham, Everton 0-0 West Ham, Everton 0-2 West Ham, Everton 2-3 West Ham, West Ham 1- Everton, West Ham 1-2 Everton

Predictions: Everton to win 3-1: odds @ 12/1
The Blues have only lost two of their last 20 league encounters with West Ham, and with the attacking outlets they possess, history could repeat itself.
West Ham central midfield pairing of Wilshere and Mark Noble springs to mind, as they lack the defensive rigidity needed to nullify Everton’s attack.
Best bets: Both teams to score: odds @ 8/13
Both sides have struggled with form lately and will want to prove themselves to their respective fans. West Ham may use this to inspire themselves, as they do possess the players needed to score goals.
With odds priced at 8/13, the Hmmers will need to impose their attacking strategies from the onset in order to take away all three points.
First scorer: Theo Walcott to score first: odds @ 6/1
The Everton winger has scored more Premier League goals versus West Ham than against any other team. If his recent performances are anything to go by, he will find a way to get himself on the score-sheet.
The 29-year-old has already scored four goals in his opening two games. Walcott displayed his ability at peak efficiency against Bournemouth and Southampton by scoring vital goals on the counter, and is our pick to continue against the Hammers.
