| BY News Team

Free or 4 returns with a bang as William Hill ambassador Robbie Savage shares his tips for what is set to be an exciting weekend of football. Find out who Sav is tipping for this week’s edition of Free or 4 below.

Free or 4 is William Hill’s free-to-play game in which players simply need to pick six games that will have either three or four goals in them. Choose from Saturday 3pm kick-offs in the Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two, Scottish Premiership, Scottish Championship, Scottish League One or Scottish League Two for a chance to win up to £200 in free bets! Five out of six correct picks can earn you a £5 bet, with four out of six winning you a £1 bet.

Robbie Savage was in fine form with his tips in 2020 and will be hoping to land a few correct guesses again. Read on to discover Robbie’s predictions.

First up Robbie has gone for Newcastle vs Southampton, one of only two Saturday 3pm kick-off in the Premier League this weekend. Two of the last four meetings between the sides have seen three or four goals scored, and both of those games took place at St James’ Park.  The last three matches involving the Magpies have seen eight goals scored, while Southampton come into this one off the back of a 9-0 thrashing at the hands of Manchester United. Surely there’s goals in this one? Let’s find out…

Next up, Sav has selected Stoke vs Reading in the Championship. The Royals come into this one undefeated in three games, with six goals scored in those fixtures. Stoke on the other hand are winless in eight. This fixture saw three goals scored earlier this season as the Potters recorded a 3-0 away win.

Staying in the Championship, and Robbie has gone for three or four goals to be scored in the Preston vs Rotherham match. For a lower league team fighting for survival, Rotherham score almost as many as they concede, and are the second highest scorers in the bottom half of the table. Preston currently hold a similar goal difference to the Millers, and their last two head to heads have seen three goals scored.

Moving down to League One, and Sav fancies three or four goals in the top against bottom battle of Doncaster vs Oxford. The Rovers are flying in the division and are a few points off the top with a couple of games in hand over their nearest competitors. Three of the last four meetings have fittingly seen three or four goals scored, and Sav thinks this could be another high-scoring affair.

Into League Two and Robbie has selected Leyton Orient vs Colchester. The U’s are struggling near the bottom of the table in 18th place and look vulnerable, while Orient are on the up and looking to build momentum towards securing a play-off spot. The last five head-to-head fixtures between these sides have seen three or four goals scored.

And finally, Sav has gone for Hibernian vs Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership. It’s third versus fourth at Easter Road on Saturday as both sides try to mount a challenge to chase second-placed Celtic, which could spell goalmouth action in the Scottish capital.
