Free or 4: Winner Stays On – Robbie Savage bids for three in a row against David Alorka

| BY News Team

William Hill ambassadors Robbie Savage and David Alorka go head-to-head in this week’s Free or 4: Winner Stays On – but who will come out on top?

Free or 4 is William Hill’s new free-to-play game in which players simply need to pick six games that will have either three or four goals in them. Choose from Saturday 3pm kick-offs in the Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two or Scottish Premiership for a chance to win up to £200 in free bets! Five out of six correct picks can earn you a £5 bet, with four out of six winning you a £1 bet.

To celebrate the launch of our new easy-to-enter game, Free or 4: Winner Stays On will pit two participants against each other each week, with the one correctly predicting the most three- or four-goal games staying on to take part in the following week’s challenge against a new contestant.

Robbie Savage is on a roll after recent victories against Eddie Hearn and Emma Jones, but David Alorka is looking to stop him claiming three from three. Read on to discover their predictions and why they’ve gone for them.

Robbie Savage

First up Robbie has gone for Burnley vs Chelsea, the only Saturday 3pm kick-off in the Premier League this weekend. The 12 top-flight fixtures between the sides have averaged 3.5 goals, while this fixture in the Premier League has never produced less than two goals.

Next up, Robbie has selected Luton vs Brentford in the Championship, with Brentford having notched 13 goals in eight league games this season already. Last season produced 10 goals in the two fixtures played between the teams.

Another Championship fixture for Sav with Middlesbrough vs Nottingham Forest, where this fixture has failed to produce a goalless draw since November 2012.

In League One, Robbie has gone for another match that produces few goalless draws with MK Dons vs Wimbledon – there’s only ever been one 0-0 draw when they’ve met.

Onto League Two and Robbie has gone for two teams fighting at the wrong end of the table with Stevenage vs Grimsby, which has produced four and three goals in the last two meetings between these sides.

Robbie’s last pick sees him choose Livingston vs Motherwell, where there’s only been two goalless draws in 25 Scottish Premiership fixtures between the two teams.

David Alorka

David starts with the same top-flight pick as Robbie in Burnley vs Chelsea, but that’s the only fixture the two can agree on for this week’s Free or 4.

David has gone for Bournemouth vs Derby in the Championship, which produced four goals in a 2-2 draw the last time the sides met in this division.

Staying in the Championship, David has selected QPR vs Cardiff, with this fixture producing a minimum of three goals in the last five games the Hoops have hosted the Welsh side.

Down to League One and David has backed Fleetwood Town vs Oxford, which saw three goals in this fixture at Highbury last season and four in 2018/19.

In League Two, Exeter vs Carlisle is selected by David, where you’d need to go back to November 2011 for the last 0-0 score line between the teams.

And finally, David sticks with League Two by going for Cheltenham vs Forest Green Rovers, which saw three goals scored in this fixture last season at Cheltenham and four the season before.
