Lamine Yamal A Late Mover In Ballon d’Or Odds
Lamine Yamal has shortened noticeably with William Hill to win the 2025 Ballon d’Or ahead of this evening’s ceremony – the Barcelona winger is now 2/1 from 7/2.
It looked all one way traffic for favourite Ousmane Dembele, who was as short as 1/6 for the award this morning, however he has since eased to 2/7.
Yamal’s teammate Raphinha has shortened to 12/1 from 16/1, he’s ahead of Vitinha and Mohamed Salah, who are both 20/1 shots in the betting ahead of tonight’s ceremony.

With added spice ahead of tonight’s Ballon d’Or ceremony, the eyes of the football world will be on the awards evening. It looks like a two-horse race between Yamal and Dembele, but who will come out on top?
Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “We’ve seen an interesting betting move ahead of this evening’s Ballon d’Or ceremony, as Lamine Yamal has shortened to win this year’s award.
“The Barca man has shortened to 2/1 after being quoted at 7/2 earlier this morning, with long-time favourite Ousmane Dembele going the other way in the market, out from 1/6 to 2/7.
“Could we see a scenario similar to last year, where Rodri was a surprise winner over long-time favourite Vinicius Junior, with Yamal and Dembele?”
