Premier League Matchday 9 – Acca Betting Tips

After a midweek full of European action, the Premier League returns this weekend for Matchday nine with all fixtures taking place across Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We start this weekends Premier League Acca in Yorkshire on Friday night, as Leeds United welcome West Ham United to Elland Road.

The Premier League action then continues on Saturday and we focus on two games for this Acca, Manchester United face Brighton at Old Trafford before Liverpool travel to West London to face Brentford at 8pm.

This weekends Acca will conclude on Sunday as Aston Villa and Manchester City battle it out for three points.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some Premier League odds and Premier League betting angles for matchday nine:

Leeds v West Ham – Friday, 8pm

• Leeds are currently winless in their last three Premier League games (D1, L2) but they’ve seen both teams get themselves on the scoresheet in three of their last four games, including their last two on home soil. 
• West Ham are another side struggling for form, having won just one of their nine games across all competitions so far in this campaign. We tend to get goals when these two sides meet, nine of the last eleven meetings have produced both teams to score, including the last five at Elland Road.

Manchester United v Brighton – Saturday, 5.30pm

• Manchester United won back-to-back games for the first time under Ruben Amorim with a 2-1 victory away at Anfield so confidence will be high, three of their last four games in the Premier League have seen both teams find the back of the net. 
• Brighton & Hove Albion have seen both teams score in all but one of their eight games in the PL so far this campaign (88%), whilst six of the last seven meetings here at Old Trafford have also seen both teams score.

Brentford v Liverpool – Saturday, 8pm

• Brentford head into this one off the back of a 2-0 victory against West Ham on Monday night but welcome Liverpool, a club they haven’t beaten in their last five meetings, their last victory came back in January 2023.
• Liverpool put an end to a four game losing streak on Wednesday night in emphatic style, with a 5-1 victory in the UEFA Champions League away to Eintracht Frankfurt. The Reds have won each of the last four meetings with two or more goals in the game.

Aston Villa v Manchester City – Sunday, 2pm

• Aston Villa are starting to climb up the Premier League after a terrible start with three victories in their last three PL games, whilst they’ve seen both teams hit the back of the net in their last four PL outings.
• Manchester City are now unbeaten in their last nine games across all competitions after their 2-0 victory away to Villarreal on Tuesday night, they’ve seen both teams score in six of their last seven trips to Villa Park.

How to take part

Here’s how to get involved in the Acca boost offer:

1. Place a Qualifying Acca (football accas of 4+ selections (min odds 1/5) from Qualifying Markets) in any William Hill shop via the Sports Betting Terminals or over the counter on the Smart Hub SSBT or online via the William Hill Website or App(s);
2. If the bet wins, an Acca Boost will be added to your bet returns.
3. The % of your win back as an Acca Boost will be determined by the number of selections in your Qualifying Acca (see full terms for breakdown of Acca Boost available).

Significant Conditions

1. The promotion runs from 08:00 (UK time) on Thursday 7th August 2025 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these Terms (the “Promotion Period”).
2. This Acca Boost promotion is available to both online customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland using the William Hill website (williamhill.com – the “Website”) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app (together, the “Apps”) and UK retail customers in William Hill shops.
3. To qualify, place a Qualifying Acca on a Sports Betting Terminal or over the counter on Smart Hub SSBT in William Hill shops, or online via the Website or the App, during the Promotion Period.
4. A “Qualifying Acca” is:
   1. A cash stake of any value (no minimum stake);
   2. On any football acca made of 4 or more selections;
   3. Each with odds of 1/5 (1.2) or bigger;
   4. On the Promotion Markets.
5. The “Promotion Markets” are:
   1. 90 Minutes;
   2. 90 Minutes 2 Up;
   3. Both Teams To Score;
   4. Match Under/Over Goals.
6. No opt in required. If the requirements of a Qualifying Acca are met, the promotion will be applied automatically. If any acca contains any selection with odds of less than 1/5 (1.2), it will not be a Qualifying Acca.
7. Qualifying Acca wins (less the value of the original stake) will receive an “Acca Boost”, whereby winnings will be boosted by a variable percentage, dependent on the number of selections in the Qualifying Acca:
   1. 4 selections – 5% Acca Boost
   2. 5 selections – 7.5% Acca Boost
   3. 6 selections – 10% Acca Boost
   4. 7 selections – 15% Acca Boost
   5. 8 selections – 20% Acca Boost
   6. 9 selections – 25% Acca Boost
   7. 10 selections – 30% Acca Boost
   8. 11 selections – 35% Acca Boost
   9. 12 selections – 40% Acca Boost
   10. 13 selections – 45% Acca Boost
   11. 14 selections – 50% Acca Boost
   12. 15 selections or above – 100% Acca Boost
8. The increasing percentage of rewards in the Acca Boost reflects the relative risk of placing Qualifying Accas with a higher number of selections.
9. The following maximum Acca Boost amounts will be applied per Qualifying Acca:
   1. For retail customers: £2,000
   2. For online customers: £10,000.
10. There is no daily limit of Qualifying Accas.
11. In the case of void selections within a Qualifying Acca, the Acca Boost will still apply but the percentage applied will be calculated according to the final number of winning selections.
12. In the case of an Acca dropping to three selections or less, the acca will lose its Qualifying Acca status and Acca Boost will not apply.
13. Any Acca Boost on winnings will be applied as part of the standard bet settlement process.
14. Bets you place using free bets cannot be combined with the Acca Boost
15. Any acca that has been cashed out will not be eligible for an Acca Boost.
16. For retail customers, the promotion is not available on standard over the counter bets.
