PREMIER LEAGUE BETTING PREVIEW: Haaland and Salah in the goals again?

| BY News Team
League 2

There are some ominous signs already in the Premier League. Man City are winning and Erling Haaland is scoring. The Sky Blues striker netted his seventh hat-trick in the comp in last weekend’s 4-1 win over Ipswich.

This weekend’s action kicks off at the Emirates Stadium, where Arsenal and Brighton put their 100% records on the line before Haaland and co visit West Ham at 17:30.

Sunday sees a London derby between Chelsea and winless Crystal Palace. Then, it’s all eyes on Old Trafford, where Man Utd host bitter rivals Liverpool. Will Erik ten Hag’s side end the Reds’ winning start under Arne Slot?

Before we take a closer look at three of the weekend’s Premier League games, here’s this week’s Top Acca:

Get 9/2 on Aston Villa, Brentford and Leeds all to win their 15:00 kick-offs on Saturday – TopAcca31stAugust

Here are a few stats to consider:

  • Leicester v Aston Villa: Villa have won two of their last three Premier League away games against Leicester. And since Unai Emery’s first away league match in November 2022, only Man City (23) and Arsenal (20) have won more away games than Villa (15).
  • Brentford v Southampton: The Bees have won their last three Premier League games against the Saints without conceding. Plus, Southampton have lost both matches 1-0 this season.
  • Leeds v Hull: Leeds beat Hull 3-1 in this fixture last season, meaning the Tigers have won just one of their last 10 league games against the Whites.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some betting angles for three games in the Premier League:

Arsenal v Brighton – Saturday, 31st August @ 12:30
