Premier League Betting Preview: Ready for an epic weekend?

| BY News Team

It’s been a big week in the Premier League with Liverpool’s title hopes taking a hit, while Everton moved closer to safety. What will this weekend bring?

Man City booked their place in the FA Cup final last weekend. And on Thursday, they moved to within a point of Arsenal after a 4-0 win at Brighton.

This weekend is our latest Epic Weekend where we’ll have great offers for new and existing customers. Plus, we’ll have Nicole Holliday’s picks, Enhanced Odds and much more. And, if you’ve not used it already, don’t forget your Epic Boost is available before you get a new one on Sunday.

So, let’s look at three of the games in the Premier League this weekend…

West Ham v Liverpool – Saturday @ 12:30

Everton’s win in the Merseyside derby on Wednesday left Liverpool trailing in the title race. Can they bounce back when they visit London Stadium?

Pressure is also on David Moyes as his West Ham side stumble towards the end of the season. The Hammers have lost three of their last four in all competitions, including a 5-2 defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend.

Here are some top bets for West Ham v Liverpool:

BTTS, Liverpool to win and score over 1.5 goals – 8/5 with Build #YourOdds

  • Liverpool have already beaten West Ham 3-1 in the Premier League and 5-1 in the League Cup so far this season.
  • West Ham have lost 12 of their last 14 Premier League games against Liverpool
  • West Ham have conceded at least once in each of their last 15 against the Reds, conceding multiple goals in 12 of those games.
  • Liverpool have both scored and conceded in their last seven Premier League away games against London sides.

Jarrod Bowen over 2 shots on target – 8/1

  • Bowen has had more shots on target than any other West Ham player this season (32).
  • The England forward has scored in both of West Ham’s meetings with Liverpool this season.
  • Liverpool conceded six shots on target against Everton on Wednesday.

Mo Salah to score 2 or more goals – 9/2

  • Salah has scored 11 goals for Liverpool against West Ham in all competitions.
  • He’s only netted more against Man Utd (14) in his Reds career.
  • Salah had two shots on target against Everton at Goodison Park.

Aston Villa v Chelsea – Saturday @ 20:00

Aston Villa’s battle with Spurs for a Champions League place looks set to go down to the wire. Will Unai Emery’s side put pressure on their rivals with a win over a Chelsea side struggling for consistency?

The Blues looked to have turned a corner under Mauricio Pochettino, but an FA Cup semi-final defeat and 5-0 humbling against Arsenal have left them with little to play for.

Here are some top bets for Aston Villa v Chelsea:

Ollie Watkins over 1 shot on target & Villa to win to nil – Nicole’s 10/1 pick

  • Villa won the reverse fixture 1-0 in September. They’re looking to complete their first league double over Chelsea since 1989/90.
  • Chelsea have won just one of their last eight Premier League games outside of London (D2 L5).
  • Unai Emery has won each of his last three against Chelsea without his side’s conceding a single goal.
  • Watkins has had more shots on target than any other Villa player this season (45)

Ollie Watkins to score the first goal – 9/2

  • Watkins scored the only goal at Stamford Bridge earlier in the season.
  • He’s scored in his last two Premier League games against Chelsea.
  • The striker has 19 league goals this season and has netted three in his last three games.

Marc Cucurella to be booked – 6/4

  • Chelsea have been shown more yellow cards than any other Premier League side this season (92).
  • Cucurella has been booked in three of his last five games.
  • Five of his eight bookings this season have come in away fixtures.

Spurs v Arsenal – Sunday @ 14:00

A north London derby is the highlight of Sunday’s action. Who will claim bragging rights? After their blip against Villa, Arsenal have bounced back well with wins over Wolves and Chelsea.

For Spurs, a top-four finish remains a possibility, but they can’t afford a repeat of their 4-0 defeat at Newcastle last time out.

Here are some top bets for Spurs v Arsenal:

Arsenal to win and BTTS – 2/1

  • Arsenal have won four of their last six league games against Spurs (D1 L1).
  • The Gunners won this exact fixture 2-0 last season. They’ve never kept a clean sheet in consecutive league visits to Spurs before.
  • Spurs have scored in each of their last 25 Premier League home games.
  • Ange Postecoglou’s side haven’t kept a clean sheet in any of their last 12 Premier League games at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Bukayo Saka to score any time + Martin Odegaard to assist – 9/1 with Build #YourOdds

  • Saka scored from the penalty spot in the reverse fixture.
  • The England forward is Arsenal’s top scorer in the league season (14).
  • Odegaard has been involved in six goals in his last six Premier League away games, scoring three and assisting three.

Son Heung-min to score any time – 21/10

  • Seven of Son’s 15 league goals this season have come in home games.
  • The South Korea international scored twice in the reverse fixture.
  • Only five players have scored more goals in the fixture’s history (all comps) than Son (7).
