Arsenal dealt Alvarez blow as Barcelona backed to sign forward

Arsenal have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Julián Alvarez, with Barcelona now favourites to sign the Atlético Madrid forward this summer, according to William Hill.

Overnight, Arsenal have drifted from 5/2 to 11/4 to secure Alvarez’s signature, while Barcelona have shortened from 10/3 to 7/4 to become the new favourites for the Argentine’s signature.
