Aston Villa v Brentford Prediction: Both Teams To Score & Draw (3/1), Aston Villa 2-2 Brentford (10/1)

Ipswich Town v Fulham Prediction: Draw (12/5), Ipswich Town 1-1 Fulham (5/1)

Sunderland v Brighton & Hove Albion Prediction: Under 2.5 Goals (19/20), Sunderland 1-1 Brighton & Hove Albion (5/1)

The Premier League serves up six fixtures across England on Saturday.

At 12.30pm, Arsenal look to bounce back but they face a Leeds United side looking to extend their unbeaten run.

The 3pm slate features Aston Villa welcoming Brentford to Villa Park, Chelsea and Bournemouth lock horns at Stamford Bridge, Ipswich Town and Fulham meet at Portman Road, whilst Brighton look to continue their fine start when they travel up to Sunderland.

The Premier League action will conclude at Old Trafford, with Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur battling it out for a much-needed three points.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some Premier League odds and betting angles for Saturday’s fixtures:

Aston Villa v Brentford – Saturday, 3pm

  • Aston Villa finally halted their winless start to the season with a much‑needed 3–2 victory away at Tottenham just before the international break, ending a run of four straight defeats and giving Unai Emery’s side something to build on heading into Saturday’s return to Villa Park.
  • Villa now look to avoid a third successive home league defeat for the first time since November 2020, a run Emery has never suffered in his 22‑year managerial career. This fixture has been a strange one for Villa, though: they’ve lost their last two Premier League meetings with Brentford without scoring, and their last top‑flight home win over the Bees came back in December 2024.
  • Villa have managed just two wins from their last eight league clashes with Brentford across the Premier League and Championship, with five ending level. Even so, punters can back the hosts at 13/8 with William Hill.

  • Brentford, meanwhile, have made a superb start to the campaign. They sit fourth heading into the weekend after an unbeaten opening (W2, D3), one of only five Premier League sides yet to taste defeat.
  • The 3 week international break arguably arrived at the worst possible moment for the Bees, who were riding a nine‑game unbeaten run across all competitions (W4, D5) and had scored 2+ goals in five of those matches.
  • Their away form remains the sticking point: Brentford haven’t won any of their last seven Premier League away games (D5, L2). They’re 6/4 with William Hill to take all three points in the Midlands.

Chelsea v Bournemouth – Saturday, 3pm

  • Chelsea’s encouraging early form under Xabi Alonso stalled badly before the international break, with the Blues going three Premier League games without a win and most recently suffering a 3–0 defeat at Brentford, a result that exposed their defensive frailties.
  • Those issues haven’t gone away: Chelsea have conceded 2+ goals in all five league matches so far and could become only the third side in Premier League history to ship at least two in their opening six fixtures of a season.
  • They remain unbeaten in nine Premier League meetings with Bournemouth (W4, D5), though the last three have all finished level. Even so, William Hill make the hosts 8/11 to finally snap their winless run.

  • Bournemouth arrive in west London still chasing their first league win of the campaign. They became the first team in Premier League history to fail to win despite leading in each of their first four matches, and went into the break off a narrow 1–0 home defeat to Liverpool.
  • Marco Rose’s side sit 17th, winless in the league, though their Europa League debut brought maximum points and a reminder of what they can produce when it clicks.
  • This fixture usually delivers goals: six of Bournemouth’s last seven Premier League matches have seen both teams score, and the last three meetings at Stamford Bridge have all produced goals at both ends. Punters can back BTTS and an away win at 11/2 with William Hill.

Ipswich Town v Fulham – Saturday, 3pm

  • Ipswich Town’s Premier League return has begun with encouraging balance (W2, L3), and taking six points from their opening five matches is a strong early marker for Gary O’Neil’s side given the sides they have faced.
  • It’s already a far better start than their previous top‑flight campaign, when it took sixteen games to record two victories. The signs are positive heading into this one as the Tractor Boys continue to settle back into Premier League life.
  • Ipswich’s defensive record adds to the concern: they’re without a clean sheet in twenty‑four straight Premier League matches, conceding 60 goals in that run. If Ipswich are to get something here, it likely comes in a game where they still concede, and the home win while shipping at least one is sitting at 4/1 with William Hill.

  • Álvaro Arbeloa will have welcomed the three‑week pause, with Fulham one of just three Premier League sides still searching for their first win of the campaign after five outings. The frustration will linger, though, after conceding late against Manchester United and taking only a point from a game they felt was theirs.
  • It’s a worrying start for the Cottagers, this is only the third time in club history they’ve gone winless in their opening five top‑flight matches, and the last instance (2020/21) ended in relegation.
  • Fulham head to Portman Road on Saturday having failed to win any of their last four Premier League meetings with Ipswich Town, but a run of just one defeat in their last 15 games against newly promoted sides offers some encouragement. William Hill price the visitors at 7/5 to finally break their duck.

Sunderland v Brighton & Hove Albion – Saturday, 3pm

View all available markets at William Hill

  • Sunderland shocked plenty last season, their first campaign back in the Premier League ending with a superb seventh‑place finish and a spot in the UEFA Europa League, a return that completely defied pre‑season expectations.
  • The question now is whether they can balance domestic and European demands, and frustration lingered heading into the break after scoring three at the Etihad yet leaving empty‑handed in a chaotic 5–3 defeat to Manchester City.
  • Their only league win so far has come at home, and punters can back the Black Cats at 19/10 with William Hill to claim a second victory of the campaign.

  • Brighton, meanwhile, were one of the last teams who wanted the international pause. Fabian Hürzeler’s side produced an early contender for performance of the season by dismantling the reigning champions Arsenal 3–0, a result they fully deserved.
  • The Seagulls now have the chance to record three straight Premier League clean sheets for the first time since October 2018, though doing so at this ground is never straightforward.
  • Brighton edged this meeting last season 1-0, but that remains their only win in the last ten away visits here in the league (D2, L7). Even so, punters can back the Seagulls at 11/8 with William Hill if they fancy them to continue their flying start.
