Bruno Fernandes will stay at Manchester United despite media speculation of a potential move away from the club this summer.

The 2025 summer transfer window slammed shut on 1st September and the Portuguese will now focus on his role as club captain at Old Trafford.

United have started the season slowly but Fernandes notched an injury-time penalty to clinch a 3-2 victory over Burnley in their most recent Premier League fixture.

Rumours continue to circulate regarding the future of Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes, with suggestions that he could leave the club for Saudi Arabia this summer.

According to the latest football betting odds with William Hill, the Portuguese star is priced at 2/5 to leave United for any Saudi Pro League club before the end of the summer transfer window.

The Red Devils suffered their worst ever Premier League finish in 2024/25, finishing a lowly 15th in the table while a disappointing defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League final topped off a dismal campaign at Old Trafford.

Fernandes has been the star of the show at Manchester United for the last few seasons and he ended the 2024/25 domestic campaign with eight goals and 10 assists in 36 Premier League appearances and he will be hard to replace if he exits the club in the coming months.

Ruben Amorim, also the subject of various rumours regarding his position at the helm, will be hoping to receive a decision from Fernandes in the not-so-distant future.
