Assists King Bruno Fernandes Slashed In PFA Premier League Player Of The Year Betting
Leading bookmaker William Hill have slashed the odds on Bruno Fernandes to win this season’s PFA Premier League Player of the Year award.
The Manchester United midfielder was a 9/1 shot at the beginning of the month but is now the second-favourite for the award at 4/1 after a series of strong performances, seeing him leapfrog Gabriel and Erling Haaland (both 7/1) in the betting. Declan Rice still leads the market at 8/15.
Another assist for Fernandes against Aston Villa took him to 16 for the season and the Portuguese star is now just 5/4 to break Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne’s joint record of 20 assists in one campaign.

“We now make Bruno a 4/1 shot for the award – having been as high as 9/1 just two weeks ago – with only Declan Rice ahead of him in the market.
“It’s not just Rice who Bruno is making inroads on – Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne’s Premier League assist record is now under serious threat, and we make Bruno a 5/4 shot to pick up five more assists in United’s remaining eight fixtures.”
