Premier League Sack Race After Matchday 21

Premier League Puma Ball 2025-26

The Premier League’s managerial merry-go-round has been very busy in recent weeks and the latest odds paint a clear picture of where the pressure may be building next.

Let’s look at the latest betting following Matchday 21.

Nuno Espirito Santo – 4/6

Nuno sits firmly at the top of the sack race, with the Portuguese manager 4/6 to be the next Premier League manager to go.

Since taking over at West Ham United in September 2025, he has struggled to stop their slide down the table. The Hammers are languishing in the relegation zone with only a handful of wins all season, and recent heavy defeats, including a disappointing loss to bottom-club Wolves, have amplified calls for change.

On top of the league position, fan unrest and dire form make him the likeliest man to go next and if the Hammers can’t turn this form around, it could be soon.

Thomas Frank – 7/4

Next up is Tottenham Hotspur boss Thomas Frank at 7/4, whose tenure has arguably been under as much scrutiny as any in the league.

Taking over from a successful Brentford era, Frank has struggled to galvanise Spurs into consistent form.

Mid-table mediocrity, uninspiring performances and mounting fan frustration has seen the Danish manager begin to come under pressure, and when photographed at Spurs’ recent away fixture at Bournemouth drinking from a cup with an Arsenal badge on, fans are beginning to call for change.

Scott Parker – 6/1

Burnley manager Scott Parker has found himself in the sack race largely due to his club’s struggles near the bottom of the table, with the English boss 6/1 in the betting.

Newly promoted sides often live on a knife’s edge, and Burnley’s inconsistent performances and points drought have put Parker in the spotlight.

Owners and fans alike are sensitive to any slide toward the relegation zone, so with pressure mounting, Parker’s position could be in jeopardy if he can’t turn the results around.

Arne Slot – 6/1

Joint with Scott Parker is Liverpool boss Arne Slot at 6/1.

His inclusion may raise a few eyebrows, but expectations at Anfield are sky-high: anything less than league-challenging football feels like underachievement.

Poor key results and criticisms about Liverpool’s style and lack of cutting edge have led to a downturn in Slot’s stock and he could be under threat if Liverpool can’t continue putting points on the board.

Oliver Glasner – 10/1

Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner is priced up at 10/1 and whilst it’s difficult to see the Palace man fired from his position, he is one on the radar of many big clubs which could see him move from Selhurst Park.

At the same time, Palace’s form has been steady rather than spectacular, and Glasner’s tactical nous has arguably kept them competitive. While not under immediate threat, being mid-table leaves him in a place where a string of poor results could quickly alter perception, especially if they were to be knocked out of the Conference League playoffs.
