Premier League Sack Race: Thomas Frank Favourite To Be Next Manager To Go
Leading bookmaker William Hill have Thomas Frank as the likeliest Premier League manager to be next to leave after Spurs were thumped 3-0 by Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
Frank is the new 2/1 favourite in the next Premier League manager to go market, with last week’s favourite Arne Slot given some breathing room at 7/2 following Liverpool’s 2-0 win on Saturday, having been odds-on to be the next manager to leave just a week ago.
Burnley’s Scott Parker rounds off the top three at 7/2 alongside Slot.
Next Premier League Manager To Leave Odds:
Punters can bet on the next Premier League manager to leave at William Hill and here is the current state of the market:
- Thomas Frank – 2/1
- Arne Slot – 7/2
- Scott Parker – 7/2
- Daniel Farke – 4/1
- Rob Edwards – 6/1
- Bar – 14/1
Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “It’s been fairly turbulent in the Premier League this season with plenty of managers seemingly on the chopping block week-in, week-out, and Spurs 3-0 defeat on Sunday has put Thomas Frank firmly at the top of that list.
“Frank is our new outright favourite at 2/1 to be the next Premier League manager to leave taking top spot off Arne Slot, whose price has been eased to 7/2 from 4/6 following Liverpool’s success against Brighton and the Mohamed Salah saga seemingly calming down.
“It’s safe to say Burnley have had a torrid time of late with five losses on the bounce, and Scott Parker’s job is far from secure. He joins Slot at 7/2 to round off the top three in the betting.”
