Thirsk Racecourse

Thirsk is another North Yorkshire track that is popular with many leading trainers due to it being close to their yards. Racing takes place at Thirsk throughout the summer, with the Thirsk Hunt Cup their highlight.

Thirsk is a left-handed, oval track that is just over 1m 2f long. There is also a straight, six-furlong course which is slightly undulating in nature.
