Following a public fallout with Elon Musk, Donald Trump is now just 6/4 to be banned from X (formerly Twitter) during his second term in the White House, according to the latest betting odds from William Hill.
While a ban from the platform is a firm possibility, the 47th President of the United States is 2/1 to leave X himself. The odds of Trump facing impeachment during his second term have also shortened – he’s now into 5/4 from 11/8.
Throughout the year, Trump’s odds of winning the 2028 Presidential Election have drifted; he’s out to 10/1, behind Vice President JD Vance, who is the market leader at 5/2.
Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “With tensions running high in the White House following an online exchange between Elon Musk and Donald Trump, we have the U.S. President 6/4 to face a ban from X.
“Trump is also now 2/1 to leave X himself during his second presidential term. The prospect of Trump to be impeached at any stage in his second term is 5/4, and we’ve seen the President’s odds of winning the 2028 election lengthen to 10/1 from 7/1 over recent weeks.”
