Nigel Farage 1/7 for re-election as Clacton MP
Nigel Farage is the overwhelming favourite to win the Clacton by-election, priced at 1/7 with William Hill, implying an 87.5% chance of victory.
The Conservatives are next in the betting at 5/1, followed by Restore Britain at 10/1, Labour at 12/1, and the Green Party at 20/1. No other party is priced shorter than 200/1.

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “At 1/7, Nigel Farage is the clear favourite to retain Clacton in the expected by-election, with the odds implying an 87.5% chance of victory.
“Farage has said he wants ‘the people of Clacton to be the judges of my actions’ as he prepares to stand again, but the betting market appears to have already made its mind up.
“The Conservatives are the closest challengers at 5/1, followed by Restore Britain at 10/1, Labour at 12/1 and the Green Party at 20/1, with no other party priced shorter than 200/1.”
