Christmas Number One Odds 2025: Kylie Minogue Surges In Betting

Kylie Minogue is challenging Wham! in William Hill’s Christmas number 1 market, having shortened dramatically in the last few days.

Kylie was 6/1 late last week to top the charts on Christmas Day but has since shortened into 5/4, despite her song Xmas currently ranked 16th in the Official UK Charts.

Wham! remain strong favourites to have a third Christmas number 1 in a row at 4/7, with Last Christmas currently at the top of the charts, but the 80s duo have drifted out from 1/7 last week.

Kylie Minogue – 5/4

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “It’s looks set to be a fascinating race for to be this year’s Christmas number 1, with Kylie Minogue’s recent offering Xmas seeing her challenge long-time favourites Wham!.

“Despite Xmas still being some way down the charts, there has been a sustained run of support for the Australian, seeing her cut from 6/1 into 7/4 to top the charts on December 25th.

“Wham! have drifted out to 2/5 from 1/7, suggesting this is a race that could go down to the wire and they are now under pressure if they are to land a festive chart-topping hat-trick.”
