Glastonbury Odds: Sam Fender clear favourite to headline festival after tour announcement
Sam Fender is the clear favourite with William Hill to headline Glastonbury next year, with the singer priced at 1/3 following the announcement of his 2027 tour dates.
Fender’s upcoming ‘Proper Massive Stadium Tour ’27’ appears to leave a gap for a trip to Worthy Farm, putting him at the head of the betting with an implied 75% chance of headlining any night on the Pyramid Stage.
Harry Styles is the only other act odds-on in the market at 5/6, with his own tour dates also appearing to align with the festival weekend.
Sabrina Carpenter follows at 4/1, ahead of Taylor Swift at 9/2. Fontaines D.C. and Robbie Williams are both 5/1, while Oasis are further back at 12/1.
The market puts Fender in pole position for a headline slot, but the apparent gaps in artists’ schedules are not confirmation of a Glastonbury appearance.

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “Glastonbury fever is already starting to build after a fallow summer and Sam Fender is the latest name to hit the top of the betting for next year’s headliners.
“Fender, who recently announced his ‘Proper Massive Stadium Tour ’27’, is now just 1/3 to headline any night on the Pyramid Stage next year, having seemingly left a space for the festival in his tour dates. We give him a 75% chance of returning five years on from his early-evening set on the Pyramid Stage in 2022.
“The only other artist odds-on to headline next year is Harry Styles at 5/6, with his next tour dates lining up conveniently with the Worthy Farm weekend.
“With a lot of time still to pass before any acts are announced, there are still a number of big names in the running at single-figure prices, none of whom can be counted out just yet.”
