The Grammys 2026 Odds: Kendrick Lamar Eyeing History-Making Double
Kendrick Lamar could be on the verge of making Grammy history next week, with William Hill Vegas installing the Compton rapper as the odds-on favourite to win Record of the Year at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards.
With Luther featuring prominently in both Record of the Year and Song of the Year, a strong night could see Kendrick add two more awards to his tally – a scenario that would lift him to 24 Grammys and draw him level with Kanye West.
The leading bookmaker has installed Luther, Kendrick’s collaboration with SZA, as the 4/5 favourite for Record of the Year. The same track is also priced at 5/1 in the Song of the Year market, giving Lamar a realistic shot at a rare double in the ceremony’s most prestigious categories.
Record Of The Year Odds:
- Luther – Kendrick Lemar With SZA – 4/5
- APT – Rose and Bruno Mars – 4/1
- Abracadabra – Lady Gaga – 9/2
- DtMF – Bad Bunny – 11/2
- Bar – 16/1
Elsewhere in the Record of the Year market, Lamar is followed by APT by ROSE and Bruno Mars at 4/1, while Lady Gaga’s Abracadabra sits at 9/2. Song of the Year is led by Golden’s Kpop Demon Hunters at 1/3, with Bad Bunny (8/1) and Lady Gaga (12/1) also in the mix.
Meanwhile, Olivia Dean heads the betting for Artist of the Year and also Album of the Year and she could be in for a big night on Sunday evening.
Song Of The Year Odds:
- Golden – Kpop Demon Hunters – 1/3
- Luther – Kendrick Lemar With SZA – 5/1
- Abracadabra – Lady Gaga – 8/1
- DtMF – Bad Bunny – 12/1
- Bar – 14/1
William Hill spokesperson, Lee Phelps, commented: “Kendrick Lamar already sits among the most decorated artists in Grammy history, and next week gives him a real chance to start hunting down the very top of that list.
“With Luther favourite for Record of the Year and also well-fancied in Song of the Year, there’s a clear route for Kendrick to pick up two awards on the night. If that happens, he’d draw level with Kanye West on 24 Grammys, which would be a massive moment in terms of legacy.
“He’s up against some huge global names – from Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga to Bad Bunny – but the momentum is firmly with Kendrick going into the ceremony, and another big Grammy night could reshape the all-time leaderboard.”
