Love Island: Luke T and Siannise clear favourites ahead of final

| BY News Team

With just two days to go until the final of this year’s Love Island, the islanders have been whittled down to just five remaining couples. Here is our latest look at the main markets ahead of Sunday’s finale.

Betting suggests Luke T and Siannise are nailed on for victory

Having been available at 4/6 this time last week, the odds on Luke T and Siannise emerging victorious have shortened significantly to 2/7. The pair have gone from strength-to-strength in recent weeks and have come through all the challenges put in front of them.

Having made their relationship official a couple of weeks ago, they took it one step further this week by declaring their love for each other and based on that it would take a brave man to bet against them winning it now.

Given they are so short at 2/7, a few punters will surely be looking to take them on. William Hill are offering 5/2 on them not to win and that could be worth a few quid, solely on value grounds.

Their biggest rivals for the trophy look to be Finn and Paige, who have been together from very early on. They are already planning for life on the outside with each other and have been around the head of the betting for a number of weeks now.

The former professional footballer and Scot are 7/2 for victory, while they are just 1/5 to finish in the top two.

Luke M and Demi could upset the applecart

Quotes of 8/1 around Luke M and Demi could be of interest particularly as both are clearly pretty popular amongst the viewing public. Luke M took a while to find a girl he could click with, but seems to have a found a keeper in Demi and the duo look to be in a good place heading into the final.

Demi was originally coupled up with Nas, but he ditched her after Casa Amor leaving Demi single. She struggled to find Mr Right in the aftermath, but Luke M seems to be the man she’d been looking for.

As mentioned, there isn’t much value at all in the outright market so it could be worth taking a gamble on Finn and Paige coming first and Luke M and Demi coming second with William Hill’s enhanced odds at 16/1.

The other two couples, Ched and Jess (66/1) and Mike and Priscilla (200/1), look well up against it and seem set to fill out the minor placings.
