It’s been another action-packed week in the Love Island villa and with under two weeks to go until the final, there isn’t much time for the islanders to find Mr or Mrs Right before the doors shut on another series. Here’s our look at the latest betting and the markets which have caught the eye.

Luke T and Siannise now odds-on

If the betting is anything to go by, then the winning couple looks a two-horse race. Long-time market leaders Finn and Paige are very much still in the running and William Hill have boosted their odds of victory from 7/4 to 2/1. However, they have been surpassed at the head of the betting by Luke T and Siannise, who are the odds-on favourites at 4/6 and very much look the ones to beat now.

Thursday’s night’s episode saw the couple’s first squabble, though after resolving the minor disagreement they seem to be closer than ever and punters agree, backing them into short-priced favourites for victory. It’s a nice change for Siannise, who struggled to find love in the first few weeks of the show, and it will be interesting to see if the duo continue to go from strength-to-strength as they seek to take home the £50k prize.

Girls’ search for love proving unfruitful

With the series in its final chapters, there are a number of islanders who are still struggling to find a proper love interest, notably Demi and Shaughna. Since being ditched by Nas, Demi has been interested in both Luke M and new boy Jamie, but sparks haven’t really flown and the same can be said for Shaughna.

The Londoner looked pretty settled with Callum before Casa Amor, but with her ditched in favour of Molly, she has been single since. There has been a sense of desperation in recent episodes with Shaughna remarkably declaring she had feelings for Luke M. It was a move that surely reflected the news a recoupling was on the horizon, but despite that she is still third favourite in the betting for top female at 6/1.

That’s the same price as Demi is to scoop the top female award, so it’s clear both girls have their supporters outside of the villa. But it’s still unclear whether they have them inside the villa…

With Demi and Shaughna both clearly very popular, it could be worth backing the both of them to reach the final at 6/4 with William Hill’s #YourOdds. As we’ve seen in the past, islanders who aren’t in a strong couple can still reach the final stages of the competition and Demi and Shaughna could easily follow suit.
