Jessie Buckley has entered the running to be the next Bond Girl, according to William Hill.
Following Buckley’s Best Actress triumph at the Oscars, the leading bookmaker installed her in their market for next Bond Girl at 16/1.
That places her alongside the likes of Mikey Madison and Emma Mackey, but still behind a number of big names.
Sydney Sweeney remains the clear leading contender in the betting at 2/1, ahead of Margaret Qualley and Anna Taylor-Joy (both 5/1).

“She has been installed in our next Bond Girl market as a 16/1 chance, placing her alongside a host of other big names.
“Buckley is no doubt in contention, but her claims are not seen to be as strong as some of the market principles at single-figure prices, who are headed by Emmy nominee Sydney Sweeney at 2/1.”
