James Bond 26 Theme Song Odds: Raye Heads Market For Next 007 Soundtrack

Raye is the new favourite to sing the James Bond 26 theme song, following her impressive performance on the Pyramid Stage at last week’s Glastonbury Festival.

According to the latest betting odds at William Hill, Raye is now a 6/4 chance to sing the soundtrack for the next Bond movie, with former favourite Dua Lipa now a 5/2 chance in the market.

Also in with a chance at single-figure prices are Chappell Roan (5/1), Lana Del Rey (6/1) and Lady Gaga (8/1).

Among the outsiders are previous theme song artists Billie Eilish and Adele (both 20/1), while, also priced at 20/1, Ed Sheeran, Harry Styles and Michael Buble are the shortest male artists in the betting.

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “After Denis Villeneuve was revealed as the director of James Bond 26, talk of who will sing the theme song has really begun to hot up. Following her blistering performance at Glastonbury, Raye is our new 6/4 favourite to do the honours, jumping ahead of Dua Lipa in the betting, who is now 5/2.

“The top five in the betting are all female artists, with Chappell Roan, Lana Del Rey and Lady Gaga all towards the top of the market. The most likely male options look to be one of Ed Sheeran, Harry Styles or Michael Buble, all of whom are 20/1 shots.”
