Legendary football stars, Rio Ferdinand and Jermaine Jenas, have joined Robbie Savage as part of our core football ambassador team at William Hill. Their huge personalities, unique knowledge and credible voiceswill be bringing you all the latest football knowledge and insights from the heart of the action. Rio Ferdinand Avatar

Ferdinand

Rio Ferdinand won six Premier League titles and the Champions League with Manchester United during his career. The classy centre-back made 504 top-flight appearances for United, Leeds, West Ham and QPR. He also won 81 England caps, and appeared in four consecutive World Cups.

Since retiring in 2015, Ferdinand has established himself as one of BT Sport’s top pundits on the Premier League and Champions League. He will be working with BBC Sport during the Euros.

It is not only in football that Ferdinand has made his name, he also has his own fashion brand, music label, restaurant and is a respected documentary maker.

Jermaine Jenas Avatar

A cultured box-to-box midfielder with an eye for a goal, Jermaine Jenas burst onto the scene at Nottingham Forest aged just 17.

Newcastle quickly swooped in and Jenas was named the PFA Young Player of the Year for the 2002/03 season. He went on to play for Spurs, where he lifted the League Cup in 2008, also playing for Aston Villa and QPR, and winning 21 caps for England.

Since hanging up his boots, Jenas has become a fixture on our TV screens, providing measured, insightful commentary for BT Sport and BBC’s Match of the Day. He also presents MOTDX and The One Show.

Savage

Robbie Savage has been a William Hill ambassador since 2010, focusing on football punditry and his work with the William Hill Foundation, raising funds for the Alzheimer’s Society.

During his playing career, he made 346 Premier League appearances for several clubs, including Leicester, Birmingham and Derby. Plus, he earned 39 caps for Wales, scoring twice on the international stage.

Since hanging up his boots, Robbie has turned to punditry and commentary across the BBC and BT Sport, while currently working as Head of Football at Macclesfield FC, where he is active in promoting grassroots football.
