Celebrity Big Brother is back for the first time since 2018 after the reappearance of Big Brother on our screens last year. With the show already underway following last Monday’s opener, there’s already various talking points and questions about the format of the show.

When did Celebrity Big Brother start?

The 2024 series of Celebrity Big Brother started on Monday 4th March. The show will air every evening at 9pm.

AJ Odudu and Will Best are the hosts of Celebrity Big Brother. The pair made their debut as Big Brother presenters in October 2023.

Fern Britton – 12/1

English author and television personality who appears to be a fan favourite. In addition to co-hosting Breakfast Time in the 1980s, Fern Britton was the host of BBC One’s Ready Steady Cook from 1994 to 2000. From 1999 to 2009, Britton hosted ITV’s This Morning show. Fans are thrilled to have her back on television, so it’s no surprise that she’s jumped to the top of the market.

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu – EVICTED

The TV personality – who won the eighth series of Love Island – is adding another programme to her CV with a stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Levi Roots – EVICTED

Levi Roots is a British-Jamaican businessman and celebrity chef. He originally gained notoriety on the fourth season of the British television program Dragons’ Den, where he successfully pitched his famous Reggae Reggae Sauce product.

Bradley Riches – 16/1

English actor Bradley Stephen Riches is best known for playing James McEwan in the Netflix adolescent series Heartstopper.

Colson Smith – 6/1

Colson John Smith is an English actor who is known for portraying the role of Craig Tinker on the ITV soap opera Coronation Street. He will have a large following of Corrie fans, and there’s no surprise he is a short price of 9/2 for this year’s show.

David Potts – 6/1

David Potts is a reality TV star and former holiday rep. Following his rise to fame on Ibiza Weekender, he went on to star in a Celebrity Dinner Date episode, join the cast of Celebs Go Dating, and appear in a number of reality competition shows.

Nikita Kuzmin – 13/8

Nikita is a Ukrainian-Italian dancer and choreographer. He is best known for being a professional dancer on the dance competitions Let’s Dance and Strictly Come Dancing.

Louis Walsh – 13/8

Louis Walsh is an Irish music manager and television personality, most famous for his time as a judge on The X Factor. He has managed Ireland’s most successful pop acts, now it’s time to find out if he can manage it in the Big Brother house for the long run.

Marisha Wallace – 50/1

Trained vocalist Wallace started her career in the US, doing Broadway runs of Something Rotten! Aladdin, and The Book of Mormon. Afterwards, she moved to the West End.

Zeze Millz – 50/1

After starting her own YouTube series, The Zeze Millz Show, she went on to front Channel 4 shows including Unapologetic and Young, Black, and Right-Wing.

Gary Goldsmith – EVICTED

As the younger brother of Carole Middleton, Gary Goldsmith is the maternal uncle of Princess Kate. The millionaire businessman reportedly made most of his money in recruitment. He was the first contestant to be eliminated from the series.

Lauren Simon – EVICTED

Lauren is an English television personality who gained popularity for her role as a cast member of the reality series The Real Housewives of Cheshire.

Sharon Osbourne – N/A

Sharon Osbourne is a former X Factor judge and joins the Celebrity Big Brother house for a limited time as the show’s first ever lodger.
