Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “Off the back of Olympian Harry Aikines-Aryeetey being named as the first official contestant for the next series of Strictly Come Dancing, all eyes are now on who will be joining him. Helen Flanagan is the odds-on favourite at 5/6, with food writer Tom Parker-Bowles (7/4) and Shona McGarty (9/4) close behind in the market.
“At slightly bigger odds, Nicola Roberts is 11/4, just ahead of Grand National-winning jockey Rachael Blackmore and former England rugby international Danny Cipriani (both 3/1), while women’s football legend Jill Scott follows at 7/2.
“As usual there are some eye-catching names further down the list, including former Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker (6/1), leader of Reform UK, Nigel Farage (8/1), and Brooklyn Beckham (10/1).”
